I had to sell a deceased relative's house in Coventry and I heard of Suzanne Regan indirectly while asking around Coventry locals for suggestions, as I am not based in the city.
Suzanne was prompt in replying to my enquiry, and demonstrated a good grasp of the local property market and a practical attitude to selling a house in the current social-media driven world.
Communication with her company went smoothly, and her colleagues who handled much of the routine interaction with myself and potential buyers, and produced the excellent publicity photos and 'walk-round' media (in-house, avoiding additional photographer costs) acted promptly and professionally.
The sale of the property went smoothly, thanks to Suzanne and her team, allowing me to conclude my executor duties in a reasonable time while still achieving a decent sale price.

From start to finish of our house sale, the ladies provided tips, advice and support to ensure we got the most from the sale whilst also ensuring the buyers benefitted from any decisions that were made eg fresh decoration, management of the property whilst inhabited, etc.
Suzanne has great knowledge of the Coventry area, and we were happy with pricing from the very beginning. We were included within the stages of advertising, with the ladies checking that we agreed/were happy with all wording/images put forward. The photos were fab and demonstrated the property at its very best.
They offered us an above and beyond service to accommodated for the fact I was heavily pregnant and wasn’t always able to respond immediately. They communicated within a personable service, with regular updates via WhatsApp, they were always available, and sought/provided answers for any queries we passed by them.

The initial consultation with Suzanne was informative and friendly and we got initial advice that helped us make an informed decision about who to go with. We had recommendations from several friends and family members (some recommending Suzanne, some recommending others), but it was clear from the first couple of interactions with Suzanne and her office that they were the right ones for us. She and the team are locally knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, responsive and supportive.
We received a fair valuation for the property and we had offers accepted within a couple of days of it being on the market, allowing us to move quickly to confirm the sale for the property we wanted to move to. We've now completed and so have had experience of Suzanne throughout the entire process and can say that it was great all the way through. We looked at estate agents that had a strong presence in the area of Mums house and had good knowledge of it. We spoke with a couple of local agents who were both less than helpful.
But from the first moment we sat down with Suzanne we kind of knew she was the one. Purposefully not big and taking personal ownership of all the key points to ensure they are at the standard she wants. We never felt anything but being important in the process.
She came back with a very reasonable price range and suggestion of listing price & strategy. In less than 2 days we had 7 or 8 viewings and 3 offers. She got back to them and we ended up with an up-bid higher than the asking price. Did all the checks and gave us some solid feedback on the buyers and her thoughts and recommendations.
There has been absolutely no issues whatsoever - smoothest house sale we have ever had and would certainly use her again (if she fancies out of Coventry for us when the time comes)

Best decision we ever made.
Without her we would never have sold our house. She organised the whole chain, never stopped pushing and kept us informed throughout. She is so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable from her years of experience.
Suzanne is definitely not a 9 to 5 person, we had conversations at dawn through to late at night.
We know no house sale goes smoothly- ours certainly didn’t!- but she kept us calm and met every problem head on.

Suzanne helped us sell our house recently. We decided to use Suzanne as she is approachable, down to earth and clearly very good at what she does. She had our house sold, for a fair more than we listed it for, within about a week. Very professional service. Suzanne is constantly available for discussions, updates and help as and when required - also uses what’s app so not always dealing with phone calls which works well for our busy family. We could not have asked for a better service! So much so I have encouraged my parents to list with her and so far they have had a great response and an offer on the property again in a very short space of time. Highly recommended!

Suzanne was amazing from start to finish. She was there at the end of the phone to answer all the questions we had at any time of the day, not having to work around office hours made such a difference! Having tried to sell our house with other estate agents they weren’t a patch on Suzanne and the personalised service was fantastic. I would recommend her to everyone buying or selling a house she really is the best in the business!

Suzanne! Not really sure where to start! It’s been a journey!
We first met Suzanne in Aug 2020 when viewing a property she was selling and ended up choosing her for our house sale after considering our options.
From day one, she kept us informed on the progress of our sale and updated us after each viewing. She made sure changes were made to our listing on the back of viewing feedback, even looking at recording a video herself to help the sale.
After a number of delays and complex problems, Suzanne and I talked every day and she spent hours and hours chasing various parts of the chain including those other agents were supposed to be doing. She also assisted two other people in our chain with problems they were having, with no financial benefit for her.
I have no doubt that without her and our solicitor, this sale would have never gone through. Even if they both said they needed to sit in a dark room after our move ????
In May 2021, we finally moved and Suzanne was there with flowers in hand to congratulate us on our home move.
Not only did we have a personalised experience, but feel like we’ve made a friend who would do anything to help us out if needed.
Suzanne, you deserve every success with your growing business. Il be keeping an eye out for how you’re doing and will recommend you every chance I get ??
