Michael Carter at Symon Smith real estate agency is the best. He is well versed in the real estate market in the Haringey, Stamford Hill area. After having a bad experience with a prior real estate agency who was expecting me to accept offers below the going rate of homes sold in the area, a family friend in London referred me to Mike who ensured I got the best price, which was a considerable amount more than what the prior estate agent was trying to convince me was a good offer. I really appreciated Mike Carter's patience, cooperation, his time and advice since I am not a British citizen/resident and responding to my emails after London time work hours. Mike is also a great resource, when I needed to contact other professionals located in London (like, gardeners, lawyers and accountants) in addition, he also explained to me how the closing of the sale of a home process is completed in London....
