Not having sold a property for a very long time we chose Symonds and Sampson as they had valued the property we wanted to buy and we were not disappointed from our first visit from them until the close of bids on our house. I thought they were all very professional from the time they spent valuing our house, the office staff visiting to familiarise themselves with the property they were selling and to the photographer who took the photographs. Symonds next Sampson we’re at all times courteous, helpful and polite. They managed to sell our house for the asking price, which we were very pleased about.
