Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

James and his team were great. We had a bungalow which took a long time to sell but their enthusiasm never wavered and we felt like they were almost as invested as we were.
