Buyer's perspective: I think most good reviews you see on agents are from sellers for obvious reasons! So I'd like to also shout out Jimmy as a buyer. I've come across reasonable agents a fair bit in Brighton (along with some wronguns too!) but it really felt like I was allowed to form my own opinion of the place without being told and lied to about what I was seeing (as you hear about other agents sometimes). His communication was really strong, answered any questions I had well, and also managed to sort out a communication mix up that would've caused the sale to fall through. He also got me my bag back from inside the house after I left it in there! Would recommend, and will definitely work with them to sell this house once it's time to go. I was also shown a house by Fred too which I wasn't interested in, but who was also a great lads, so it's not just a one-off!

Simon at Tailor James showed all the qualities you’d hope for in an estate agent — and more. He was efficient, persistent, enthusiastic, and, above all, a genuinely friendly and engaging person.
I was initially hesitant to put my Hove flat on the market, but within just a few days of working with Tailor James, I knew I’d made the right choice. The marketing and photography were excellent, and the interactive platform that tracked viewings was really helpful.
I received offers within a week and went on to sell within six months. Simon was always available to answer any questions and personally handled viewings with great professionalism.
Overall, it was a fantastic, personal service — the kind that’s rare to find with estate agents these days. I couldn’t recommend Simon and the team at Tailor James more highly.
