We’ve recently exchanged contracts on our first home and are completing shortly, and we couldn’t let the moment pass without leaving feedback for TG — especially Megan.
From start to finish, Megan has been absolutely amazing. As first-time buyers, the process can feel overwhelming at times, but she was consistently supportive, patient, and reassuring. She kept us fully informed at every stage, was always quick to respond, and went out of her way to chase updates and keep everything moving forward.
It genuinely felt like Megan was as invested in the process as we were. Her professionalism, kindness, and clear communication made a huge difference and helped take a lot of the stress out of what could have been a very daunting experience.

Having recently moved house for the first (and hopefully last!) time I was very fortunate to have Megan as the agent responsible for selling the property I wanted to buy.
From our first contact Megan was polite and professional and over the following months until the sale was completed she frequently went the extra mile whether it was answering my phone calls and emails promptly, keeping me updated on the progress, reassuring me that none of my questions were trivial and calming me down in the many times of stress.
On the few occasions I spoke to other members of staff, either by phone or face to face they were equally as courteous and messages for Megan never failed to be passed on.
I feel that 5 stars is not a high enough rating for the service I received from TG Sales and my only regret is that I didn't use them to sell my property.

He managed to secure a sale on my £750k property within just six weeks of it hitting the market — something I’m still incredibly impressed by.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Warren kept me fully updated, actively chased all parties in the chain, and always made sure I understood what was happening at every stage. His advice along the way was spot-on and genuinely helped things run smoothly.

We were really thankful to work with the team at TG Sales and Lettings and had a completely better experience from the initial Estate Agents we used who seemed to just place our property on Rightmove and expect it to sell like a car on Autotrader.
We dealt with Rachel, Warren and Megan and they were all great. They were so easy to deal with, proactive had a real desire to want to sell our property, approachable and very open to feedback.
It was a tough market and our property was in a lovely location but with some uncertainty within the area and the market conditions it wasn't a 'flash sale' situation but the team at TG were great and worked hard along with keeping us fully updated with feedback along with what else was happening with other properties within the area.
Once we had accepted an offer Megan did a fantastic job right through to us moving into our new home. She kept in touch and regularly communicated with the chain and our developer right through to exchange and completion day and we are very thankful for the effort because as always there was the odd curveball but she was on hand to support.

The TG Sales and Lettings - Stonehouse branch staff are friendly, efficient and their communication, willingness to help allowed me to feel confident going through the process of selling my property. I felt it important to use a local business and one which has the personal knowledge about the area to best advertise my property. Warren showed me current brochures as well as the option to produce a Virtual Tour which I added. I believe this allowed for a more personal feel to the advertisement of my property. A five star experience with TG sales in Stonehouse. Rachel got us a firm offer even before the flat went on the market, then Warren handled the liaisons between myself, the buyer and chain with great tact and patience in the difficult situation of a power of attorney being delayed. When the POA finally came through in early March, the whole sale was completed within a fortnight, with a week to spare before the stamp duty hike of April 1st. I would wholeheartedly recommend TG sales in Stonehouse to any buyer or seller.
