I have been dealing primarily with Michelle in the King Lynn office, she was my vendors agent. But despite not being my own agent, she has been absolutely amazing! A brilliant communicator, is usually available, but will always ring back; excellent and frequent updating from her throughout. I really can’t fault her efficiency, professionalism, calm manner, thoroughness and her ability to always go above and beyond. This is the first time in some fifty years of property transactions that I can honestly say dealing with an estate agent has actually been a real pleasure. All staff I have encountered at this branch have been friendly and helpful. This agency also sends out regular, extremely useful, email information sheets regarding the selling and buying process, hints, tips and what to expect. If you are looking to choose an agent then I very much hope my review will give you the confidence to choose The Norfolk Agents; I only wish my own agent in Cornwall had been a fraction as good as these people have been.
