I just exchanged today after a very long complicated and hence stressful sale. I honestly believe the sale wouldn't have happened without Lucy Skerry's negotiation and people skills. I highly recommend Lucy and The Norfolk Agents if you want to sell your house.

We found a house we wanted to buy and so we were under pressure to sell to make our move happen. Ollie understood this and worked with us to get our house marketed ASAP. Contact was efficient and only when necessary, and when we got to the the negotiation phase Ollie was helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. We're now in our new home and the Norfolk Agents definitely played their part!
