Communication was a real problem, difficult to contact via phone or text although regular communication was their promise. I felt they had misled me on their advertising; they only used rightmove not 'on the market' or zoopla. Their attitude was quite patronising whenever I queried anything. They advertised my property at a value almost £10,000 more than I agreed without telling me - I found out when I saw the advert on rightmove. They were very difficult when I was unable to fit in with their very last minute schedule. Their promise of a quick sale was false, only had two viewings in a month with no feedback. I switched to a different estate agent and sold within seven days.... Read more
