We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! I cannot recommend Worthington Estates enough.
Rose and Andy were both professional and friendly throughout. Communication was always prompt and we were kept in the loop during all stages of the process. We had a bit of a rocky journey through no fault of Worthingtons but they always went above and beyond to ensure issues were resolved and that the purchase went through as smoothly as possible. All in all we received a first class service with brilliant customer care.

I chose Worthington Estates to sell my house because after meeting Andrew as well as 3 other Estate Agents he stood out far above the others for his professionalism, compassion and sincerity.
The whole team were friendly and patient and understanding through the whole process, even helping me to search the Internet for a rental property. They made the whole process easy and understandable for me and worked very hard on my behalf.
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants a more personal and dedicated approach to selling their property.

The owner of this business is extremely rude and condescending. As a first time buyer I am completely new to the process of purchasing a house and he has made me feel completely stupid. I put an offer in for a house on Tuesday and despite working full time in another city he expected me to be able to bring a complete list of documents into the office by the end of the week. I managed to bring all documents into the office Friday, however, my husbands passport has expired and we are awaiting the arrival of a new photo ID driving licence. Despite it being just 3 days since my offer being accepted he considered this to be a ‘fail’ based on ID. There was another issue with my gifted deposit from my dad which he considered a second ‘fail’. I have since spoken to my mortgage broker who has advised me to withdraw my offer and deal with another estate agent. Cannot express just how rude this man is. A family member had a similar experience when purchasing a house via this estate agents. Perhaps he has an issue with dealing with women.

We would highly recommend Worthington estate agents. They are a family run business, very friendly and welcoming and helped us in our hour of need.
After being on the market for several months with a different online agent we felt completely let down, getting no help at all so we made the decision to try an estate agent you can actually talk to, from the moment we walked into Worthington estates office we knew it was the right decision.
After our initial talk, Andy was at our house within the hour taking photos, we were up for sale the next day and within 2 weeks we were sold.
Andy, Rose and Dianne Worthington have been so helpful in making our sale go as smoothly as possible and we can't thank them enough.

First class service, we looked at most of the agents in the area to put a property on the market, and Worthington Estates came out top, they are a very professional estate agent that gives genuine advice and looked after all of our concerns and needs, at a difficult time selling the family home. I would recommend Worthington Estates to all family and friends. I will certainly go back to them again in the future should we need another estate agent.
