What has been a very challenging few weeks having had no hot water and heating due to the boiler breaking down and then to top it all the electricity meter going up in flames and having to call out the fire service, Gary and Kathi were absolutely amazing throughout, resolving all the issues we faced. They went out of their way to visit us at our property just to check in and make sure we were ok, which meant so much to us especially as it was Gary's birthday and he wasn't supposed to be working that day! Such exceptional service from two very lovely people and just an all round great estate agents!

Kathi from the Property Management Dept got back to me within 20 mins of an 8pm Sunday email saying my boiler had broken. I wasn’t sure what I should do and was sure I’d be waiting until midday Monday to even hear back. I’m not sure if she was even meant to be working but I’m thankful she was so speedy!! She looped me in straight away with their gas man who came over the next day and had everything fixed and back to normal within 2! She kept me up to date with everything and was lovely. Super speedy, super helpful.

I could not recommend Tim Russ as an estate agency more. More specifically Sue and Kathi were an absolute breath of fresh air and could not have been more helpful to myself and my family. They are so very professional and made the entire process from start to finish the smoothest possible, we have never experienced such great service from any other agency and whilst people may think the big corporate agencies are best, I would disagree completely. Not a bad experience overall, Tim Russ handled the sale of my flat having previously purchased the flat via Tim Russ years prior.
Overall - the service was fine - with regular communications via email.
On one occasion however, the keys to my home were given to a valuer without my permission or knowledge - causing the valuer to walk in unannounced to the home - terrifying those who were in the home at the time. I didn’t feel this was handled very well by Tim Russ with just an apologetic email.
A small gesture of apology (e.g flowers etc) to the person who had been walked-in-on I feel would have been a better way of handling this. Although I’m sure this is an edge case and mistakes happen, it left a slightly sour taste.

I used Tim Russ in Beaconsfield to draw up a rental contract for my tenant and carry out all of the referencing and prepare the flat (cleaning, gas certificate, etc) before they moved in. This was all done to a very tight deadline and there were some problems with the flat (such as failing the electrical inspection) along the way. Sue and Kathi were resourceful and professional throughout and dealt with the various issues calmly and quickly. Their tradespeople were also professional and diligent.
