Nicky, Lauren, Adrian and everyone at the Wendover office are the most professional and knowledgeable team I have encountered during our house sale. Before Tim Russ Wendover, we had used 3 other local agencies and none of them produced any results at all.<br><br>Within the the first week of marketing we had about 12-15 viewings. All qualified and quality clients. Two weeks after we had an offer and we were ready to go.<br><br>Adrian handled everything perfectly, especially the negotiation and making sure everything was on track. Communication was spot on, friendly and professional. We felt comfortable all the way through the process.<br><br>At one point our chain collapsed, but within hours Adrian pulled something together to get the deal back on track.<br><br>I am so happy we had Tim Russ and their team on our side.<br><br>Don’t waste your time. Liam at Tim Russ Wendover has been one of the best estate agents we have come across. He worked hard to find us the right property, and even though it didn't quite work out with the properties we liked, his service never dropped. If ever you are looking for a property in the Wendover area, I would ask for him.

I have used Tim Russ twice now, both for selling my property and purchasing a new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.<br><br>The whole team has been fantastic from start to finish—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. A special mention has to go to Liam and Harry, who were absolutely outstanding throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, they kept me updated every step of the way, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Buying and selling property can be stressful, but Liam and Harry made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. We just bought a house in Speen via Paul Copping at Tim Russ. Paul was great throughout the whole process - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and never put any pressure on us. He was also very supportive keeping the sellers up to date and onside when we had an abortive sale on our side. Paul help keep the sale on track. Just a nice guy in fact. We liked him a lot.
