Recently had two viewings with Kelly Endean from Tim Russ in Wendover, she was so accommodating when I had issues finding the property (which was quite stressful from my perspective!). Kelly was informative when viewing two the properties but balanced with not being overpowering which can often be the case. Overall, having viewed many properties recently, my experience with Tim Russ was definitely better than others.

Our house had been on the market for around 7 months with another agency and hadn't really got much traction.
We decided to list with Tim Russ as they have a very good reputation and I had seen other properties in the area listed with them.
Our first appointment for photographing the property was with Nicky. We were very pleased with the outcome and she really took the time to ensure our house was presented in the best possible way. Gianna also joined Nicky as she would be doing the viewings. Gianna was very friendly and really took the time to get to know us and crucially, the property and community (private estate).
After a number of viewings, our house was sold STC in a matter of weeks. The team always kept us informed throughout the whole process and it pleased us to hear that Gianna had proactively matched our property to our buyer.
Once we accepted the offer Adrian assisted us with the rest of the sale. He was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
We couldn't have asked for a better team in helping us with the sale of our house. It was all wrapped up (from offer to completion) in just over 3 months. We also had opportunity to meet our buyer, which we really appreciated and he was lovely.
Very positive experience overall. We would recommend them to anyone needing an estate agent.

My initial contact for viewings was with Gianna who was a delight - friendly, knowledgeable about the property and very accommodating in helping when I needed to measure the garden for a studio. Once an offer had been accepted I dealt with Adrian who was great to communicate with. If I asked for information about anything, he always got me a response promptly, and I was more than happy to keep him up to date with the situation on my sale as far as I could. Between Gianna and Adrian, as a buyer I gained confidence that everything was above board. I actually met the Vendor who was lovely, and she's even been to the house since I moved in. And the For Sale sign was taken down promptly. All round, buying through Tim Russ (Wendover) was an extremely positive experience. Would recommend them to anyone needing an estate agent.

Having bought two properties through Tim Russ, sold two and also let (as a landlord) via them, I can honestly say the whole of the Wendover team are the best estates I have dealt with. I say this as a former estate agent myself. This team act with integrity and transparency. Nicky Stotter is realistic with values which is why so often you see people list with them having failed with another. Laura Mullen is simply delightful to deal with. Always smiling, efficient and professional. Adrian Steggles does a thankless job progressing sales. All round a great bunch and by far the best most proactive estate agent in Wendover. Their competitions are not comparable. From my experience as a buyer, lazy, disinterested and in one case seemed to be closed every weekend we came from London to view. Save yourself the trouble and go straight to Tim Russ!

I dealt with Laura Mullen for a few months as we were involved in a rather long chain together. She was without doubt a breath of fresh air to deal with. When you are dealing with a chain where the other agents just had no clue and so unhelpful, to have someone like Laura involved, it made the whole situation so much easier. We worked as a team to get the chain moving, we spoke most days as it was the only way to get these buyers and sellers moved. I genuinely wish she worked closer to me then I may have another chance to work with her again.

I rented my place in Wendover from Tim Russ and Laura, the rental agent, was extremely professional and easy to discuss matters.
No issues too small and has a wealth of local tradesmen to which she can command when required. She has further assisted my own business with their connections to mutual effect and I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely outfit.

Tim Russ were responsible for finding me my perfect home nestled away privately in Wendover. The renting process was and is easy and Kelly who makes regular trips over to ensure everything is as it should be is friendly, arrives when she says she will, is knowledgable and never takes more time than she needs, actually it's a bit like a friend popping around for tea sometimes, a good catch up. Fast to react to any issues, recommend heartily.

I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I feel like it is needed for this company and team. I rented a property through Tim russ in Wendover and all I can say is from start to finish it was everything you’d hope for. Laura was on the ball with everything and the whole process from viewing to start and end of tenancy and everything in between was professional, easy and done properly first time, everytime. This is by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with and would recommend them to all who are located within their area.
