I've recently worked with James, Ben and Michael on selling a neighbour's flat. They clearly know the local market extremely well, offer a personalised and professional service and have shown care and good judgement throughout, helping to get a sale through at a difficult period in the market. Michael undoubtedly worked overtime to get the best offer possible, Ben was adept at juggling other potential buyers who were in the process (and thinking out of the box to try and help them) and James has been immensely sensible on issues which have been raised in the legal process (I'm a lawyer and know that he talks sense) and dealing with the Buyer. Hampstead is a very idiosyncratic market and local experience is invaluable - TK International has that without overselling or being 'estate agenty' about it.

We chose TK as they were the most responsive and efficient at getting back to us at the pre sale valuation phase and we had had a very good experience with them a number of years ago when we sold the flat we then owned through TK. TK have a wide database of clients and started showing the property before it was officially on the market. Through what turned out to be a prolonged arduous sale process, TK secured the asking price (which had been set at the high end of the valuation range) from 3 different buyers. This is the first time in 20 years that I have used a lettings agent and from my experience, Matt Bookatz is head and shoulders above any of the other agents I had dealings with. I found Matt to be friendly, professional and very honest. He understood my requirements very quickly and was extremely helpful. I would recommend him and should I move again, will, of course, use Matt.

I have used TK for a number of years. They rented our house, and also took care of all of it's maintenance. A few years ago, their service saw a bit of a slump, and we almost switched. I am glad I did not.
In the last year, I have certainly noticed a significant pick up in service levels. As in any business, it's all about the people and their attitude. I must say the current team is doing a super job. Proactive, service oriented, looking for solutions at every opportunity,.
And most importantly, I really feel that they are managing our property like if it was theirs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He is a pleasure to work with and has been responsible for letting various properties over the past years. Matthew is enthusiastic, diligent, efficient and more over very personable. I have always wanted to work with TK International and came close a few times with the wonderful Danny in sales who introduced me to Matthew Bookatz in lettings. I have to say Mat is the most delightful and helpful lettings agent I have worked with his team of Jerome and Charlotte are a delight to work with and really straightforward and charming, Mat went the extra yard for me secured a great rental and nothing was too much for him. Mat is a credit to the company and personally I would hire him in a heartbeat if I was in the business. Thanks Mat great job....John Sachs

TK International are a fantastic agency and Matt who I deal with mostly at the company is a very rare lettings agent, someone that listens to both the applicants and landlords needs and tries to find the perfect middle ground between both parties meaning each deal done has been transparent and an easy process.
