10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

He took us through a number of viewings and was endlessly patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted. His helpfulness made the whole process much less stressful, and he ultimately helped us find a flat that was a great fit for us. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a place to rent.

A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)We are incredibly grateful to TK and Eva H. in the Hampstead office for helping us find a flat a block from our son’s school in Hampstead. It was a very scarce market in the local neighborhood this year for a family of four and every decent place seemed to be receiving multiple offers on the same day and disappearing from the market before one had a chance to even see it! Rather than give up on us and ride this wave of hot rental properties, Eva kept diligently finding places for us to see and ultimately found our dream flat. But there was a problem- it was very popular with multiple families and we were very much at a disadvantage with limited rental history. However, Eva pulled out the stops and made a compelling case on our behalf and somehow made it work!! As we sit on our new balcony we feel incredibly grateful and have to give credit where it is due - Eva and her Tk office really came through for us! Thank you!!!!

Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! 9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)We had a really positive experience with Tatsuya, who was incredibly kind, caring and attentive throughout the process of renting our new flat.<br><br>When we first viewed the property, it unfortunately wasn’t in the best condition, as the previous tenants had not left it particularly well. Tatsuya was very reassuring from the beginning and took the time to follow up with us, making sure we knew that improvements would be made before our move-in.<br><br>The property was certainly in a much better condition when we moved in. The carpets had been professionally cleaned and a number of things had been redone at the property. While the cleanliness wasn’t absolutely perfect and we still had to spend quite a bit of time removing some of the grease and oil left behind by the previous tenants, we really appreciated the effort that had been made.<br><br>I appreciate that some of these things may be considered the bare minimum when moving into a rental property. However, having lived in London for the past 13 years and having rented several properties, I can honestly say that I have never experienced an estate agent who followed up so closely and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were happy and comfortable in our new home.<br><br>Tatsuya’s communication, reassurance and willingness to help really stood out to us, and we are very grateful for the care he showed throughout the process. It made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>Thank you, Tatsuya, for going the extra mile!
