10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

From start to finish, he was honest, professional and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was throughout the entire process. Moving can be overwhelming, but Scott made everything much smoother and easier to manage. His communication was excellent, and we always felt well informed and supported. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Thank you again for all your help!

A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I recently sold a flat in South Hampstead, which I jointly owned with my wife, through Rose & Co Estates. We live in Singapore and on our visit to London in September last year, it was important for us to have a real estate agent who specialised in properties in that area. Initially we looking at both options i.e. to sell as well as rent, so we were in contact with Jeremy Curtis for sales and James Rockman for rentals, who were both very helpful in guiding us through the two options and the key considerations to bear in mind. We were also helped by Darren Rose who provided us with additional guidance and help. We eventually decide to sell so Jeremy was our principal contact through the sale process. We were pleasantly surprised that he was able to get us an acceptable offer within a month of us engaging his services. Jeremy kept us regularly updated and guided during the longish process leading to completion of the sale including at times when there were procedural delays. This constant communication was important to us as we live in Singapore. We would like to compliment Jeremy for his courtesy, patience, professionalism and promptness of service. We would also like to thank James and Darren for their guidance and service. Overall, it was a very positive experience dealing with the team at Rose & Co Estates.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve been in contact with Elliot Gold , one of their agents who was really unprofessional with us . There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.
8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I had Redac Strattons as my Property Manager for many years, and overall it was a genuine pleasure to work with them, although, towards ther end of the agreement, certains attitudes did disapoint me.<br><br>However, I could always count on Takumi, a kind person and an outstanding Property Mangament Professional.<br><br>I could also always rely on Yerko, who was responsible for the Accounts. Patient, knowledgeable and competent he always took the time to address the many questions I might have had.<br><br>Being able to depend on people like them was extremely important to me, particularly as I live overseas.<br><br>A very Special mention must go to Stephen Price, Associate Director at REDAC STRATTONS.<br><br>He has my utmost adimiration.<br><br>What an exceptional professional!<br><br>Of course, he is higlhly competent, but most important, he always made me feel that I had his full attention and that he was genuinely available whenever needed.<br><br>He listens carefully and thoughtfully, a quality that becomes increasingly rare.<br><br>He is remarkably kind, considerate and courteous, and possesses that rare combination of professionalism and humanity that leaves a lasting impression.<br><br>M.
