Exceptional service by Lee , Darren , Zac & the team yet again. I have personally used Turners , alongside friends and family for the last 20 years . Their costs are equal to all local estate agents - HOWEVER , they even assist and educate conveyancing solicitors to ensure both sale and purchasie is achieved , unbelievable knowledge & over and above what is charged . The cost of a failed chain completion is never factored into any sale or purchase. This team have again used their experience to achieve a sale , a sale that would not have happened unless they applied their skills which benefits EVERYBODY in a chain . Unbelievable , thank you all , again !

Turner helped to make the moving process stress free! I called them with 1 hour to close and Alette run over to meet me at the property to show me around. I moved in yesterday and she made the process seem less and left me a cute moving in box of tea and coffee which was much needed!

Very authentic people you can trust. Initial sale launch had plenty of marketing and effort, quickly found a buyer. I have just completed a purchase through Turner Estate agents and I have to say the service was exceptional. I was in a situation that meant I needed to find a property to move into as quickly as possible, I registered online and got a call from Darren who booked a viewing for the property I saw on Rightmove, but he also talked me through 3 other properties that might also be to my liking. The great service didn’t stop there, Darren then arrange the viewings and told me to meet him at the office on Saturday and he will drive me round to view them all. Obviously he really understood my needs as all the properties I saw could have been contenders but one in particular stood out for me. I then offered on Monday which was quickly tied up and the whole sale from offer to completion took just 10 weeks. I would rate this estate -1 if possible. They're all about covering up for the landlord. Lived in a property on Westcliff on sea. Damp, mouldy, creaky, won't attend to major repairs, they even cook up lies against me as regards existing problems, saying I caused it. I finally moved out, they had the audacity to claim all my deposit and even more...cooking up lies
If not for TDS, who mediated and refunded my full deposit, the agency and landlord would have claimed it all and more. Run from them

I would give 10 stars if I could! Alette has been nothing short of amazing. The whole process was quick and streamlined and Alette made sure I was informed through each step. The viewing was booked immediately, no need to chase with endless phone calls as opposed to other agencies I had to deal with. Application form was immediately sent to the landlord and I was lucky to receive a positive response the following working day! Everything else is done online. The systems Turner use are user friendly and cover everything a tenant may need to know or do. The cherry on top - when I went to pick up the keys from the office Alette had a goodie pack ready and a lovely card for me and my dog. The little details that make the difference! On top of that I was lucky to find some lovely landlords who made sure I had some presents in the flat when I arrived. Honestly, I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the service!

Should be 5 star but unfortunately couldn't due to issues moving out. I had rented a property with Turners and they were great, all of them, Hannah, Melissa and Camilla but apart from one, Nick Munro. When moving out we had to deal with him, at first he was friendly but he needed pictures taken of the property. We agreed this with him but as long as someone was in the property with him to do so (with email proof of this too with his response agreeing to this). Then we saw the property went live with new pictures up online, only to find out he had gone into our property without my consent to take these! we had bank details and personal information on the table for him to see while he was trespassing in our property! When we saw the pictures online, it made us feel sick that someone was in our property without consent and then posted it online.
when I spoke to Stuart & Melissa at Turners, they were more than understanding and agreed that should not of happened. When I finally spoke to Nick, he never truly apologised and instead kept coming up with excuses and deflecting. He truly believed what he done was ok and completely avoided the thought that we actually specifically asked him not to be there alone. I loved Turners but that experience soured the relationship and I will never forget that.

Avoid this agency. They are lazy, slow and unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I note that they are quick to respond to critical reviews but not so much to act.
Their reply is deliberately incorrect and fails to say that the agency did not inform the tenant that the water system had been modified with two meters left and generated a huge bill. I did pay the bills throughout the year of tenancy and in fact the water company found that I am now in credit.
Not to mention the issue of the rising damp on the bedrooms walls that were painted over to hide the wet walls, or the leaking pipe that flooded the bedroom and made it unusable for days.
As far as the stickers on the cupboards are concerned it was my mistake and I agreed to pay the exorbitant price that you charged to rectify.

Stewart, Zac, Trevor and the rest of the team at Turners did a great job in selling our house in Leigh very quickly, when we were under considerable pressure to sell within just a week in order to secure our onward purchase in a crazy market. The photos Stewart took looked great and the advert / floorplan were absolutely spot on first time. The pricing was fair, not the cheapest agent in the area, but certainly not the most expensive either.
Once our property was sold, Zac was in touch regularly, moving things along and chasing my solicitor (who was being unusually slow on this transaction) and also reassuring our first time buyers. When our buyers threw a curveball at us with a very late in the day full survey request (just prior to exchange, arrgghh!), Turners went out of their way to try to find another surveyor that could get to our property faster which was a massive help.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Just had an awful experience attempting to book a vewing for a property. Was very bluntly and rudley told that iyt wasn't avaliable. Upon asking why the property was still being advertised I was told "Well where are you looking then?!"
Avoid these arrogant chumps like the plague.
EDIT: I don't think I will given the tenor of your denialist and passive agressive response. I didn't get far enough through the call to give my name before your call handler put me off engaging your services. Trust me when I say it was definately yourselves. The call happened around 11:30. Just a tip, when people leave you a critical review, the idea is to work that feedback into you practices moving forward, whereas I can see that every negative review to yourselves has resulted in a snarky, defensive comment from yourselves basically denying everything.
Either get a thicker skin or have somebody else handle your Social Media and Marketing pal.

If I ever decide to rent again, there is no reason why to look elsewhere.
I had few emergency repairs i.e. replacing shower head, even a heating system gone down. No matter this emergency happened at the weekend, Nick and Melissa were dealing with the urgency in no time.

I have rented a property from this agency for two years and I had to give notice and leave the property cause the standards of the services provided were extremely poor. Bad customer service. Extremely slow and inefficient responses. Clumsy problem management. As you can see from their answer to this post they lie: they claim they had given me notice to vacate when it was me who gave them notice. (See picture attached as proof) Avoid them at all costs.

I would never recommend to any tenant or landlord to work with this agency. I have been renting a property (as a tenant) for 2.5 years through this agency and the property management has been of a very low standard. Had to give notice because of this reason. After inspection visits things that were notified as broken or not working were not fixed. I had to call and write several times to notify again these things and when left the property some of them were never fixed. Examples: no heating and hot water for more than a week, not working bath tap (1 year to get fixed), window ropes (so some windows would not open), crackling wall, wall paper not properly glued, ... the list is endless.

I recently purchased a new flat in Leigh-on-Sea through Turners. Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly, professional and efficient and answered all my questions quickly (Simon, Zac, Hannah and simply anyone who even just answered the phone when I rang or gave me the keys at the end). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area. Refreshing to come across such a friendly, personalised estate agent.

I've recently rented a property with Turners and the service has been 5 star.
Hannah Bareham has been my main contact and has guided me from my first email right through to receiving the keys.
Ive rented several properties in the Southend area over the years & Turners have provided the most prompt, reliable & streamlined service by far.
Prior to renting, Turners were the management company on my old apartment. The roof started leaking & they had it repaired ASAP with no inconvenience.

We had rented two times previously with Turner, the first time we had literally just arrived in the country after travelling for a few years. Zach helped us out by directing us to where to buy furniture from for the lovely flat we rented off them while we started our teaching careers. 8 years later, two kids later and finally getting on the property ladder we are selling our house with them as they have always been helpful and have gone above and beyond their duties. We highly recommend them.

I have been renting with Turners since 2012. They were recommend to me and luckily the house I had seen just happened to be on their books.
I dealt with Nick Munro as a new tenant. I found him to be professional, informative, understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and settled.
As a tenant I have always been able to rely on a speedy response time when ive had any issues (which was probably only once when a shower was leaking). I actually locked myself out once as well and with Turners help were able to gain access to my house with minimal fuss.
Turners keep their Facebook page updated daily and their advertising and marketing are up to date, trendy and in a very competitive market they always stand out.
Well Done Turners and Nick! Keep up the good work.

I only have absolute praise for this letting and estate agency I needed to find accommodation fast, others seemed to cold shoulder me or weren't interested, the staff here were so helpful in there attitude to me and showed me several properties all of a good standard, nothing was to much trouble, I couldn't have asked for more.

I've rented properties through many estate agents over 30 yrs and Turners are by far the best. I rented my last property through them with no problems or issues and was told personally by them my landlord was selling property. Obviously upset and worried but they found me a property

Avoid this company, if you are looking for a rental via this company DON'T. How they can call themselves a property management agency is a joke. We had to live in a property for over 6 months while issues with damp, dangerous structural work not being carried out after numerous requests which were ignored and when they were carried out (poorly) we had to wait again with more disruption with the work again not being done to a decent standard. Very disappointed with their service.
