Stuart and the whole team were respectful and understanding of my situation and despite me not living locally they kept me updated and informed at all times during the whole selling process. I found them to be professional and very efficient, whilst being friendly and very approachable at all times. I really do recommend using Stuart Thomas and his team, as they made a difficult and stressful time a lot easier. Thank you once again.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We used Williams & Donovan for the sale and purchase of our new home from June 2025 to when we completed in February 2026. The whole team were great from start to finish, the valuation and photos for the sale of our property with Lloyd, to our viewings organised and managed by Anita, Darren and Denise and a special mention to Stephanie who was a great help with our sale progression. She kept us up to date where needed and gave us regular reassurance due to unforseen circumstances in the chain. Stephanie was very responsive, always polite and helpful and in regular contact with us throughout, a great support! Thank you to you all, we would recommend Williams & Donovan.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

Helen was my appointed contact and was always able to answer questions and kept me in the loop.<br>We shall soon be selling my partners property and will not hesitate in using Bear again. Lee valued my property and has a relaxed no nonsense attitude which, for me, made hunt roche the obvious choice. Ben kept the sale progressing and helped get it over the line with concise communication and understanding of the situation. Thank you!
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Exceptional service by Lee , Darren , Zac & the team yet again. I have personally used Turners , alongside friends and family for the last 20 years . Their costs are equal to all local estate agents - HOWEVER , they even assist and educate conveyancing solicitors to ensure both sale and purchasie is achieved , unbelievable knowledge & over and above what is charged . The cost of a failed chain completion is never factored into any sale or purchase. This team have again used their experience to achieve a sale , a sale that would not have happened unless they applied their skills which benefits EVERYBODY in a chain . Unbelievable , thank you all , again !

Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Gilbert and Rose had a professional approach to valuing my property and seemed enthusiastic. We received and accepted an offer the day after the advert went live. The communication from then onwards was very poor. I had to chase for information as the memorandum of sale had not been issued more than 10 days after accepting the offer. Although the delay may not have been a direct fault of Gilbert and Rose, I had to chase daily for progress and as I am writing to this I have not received an update on progress and I am going to need to chase again.
