Brilliant service throughout from valuation through to exchange. Went over and above to progress the exchange and support the chain because this was time limited due to a new build developer being at the top of the chain. Having been on the market for two years with three different estate agents who seem to sit back and let Rightmove do the work , Urban and Rural have proved refreshingly different. Proactive and thorough in pursuing potential purchasers they had 3 potential buyers in 3 months and completed our sale in August. Their communication was excellent with weekly progress reports both via email and voice contact. They even have a person chasing solicitors down the chain to push the completion forward. I would highly recommend Urban & Rural (Toddington, Flitwick & Ampthill branches). Ben created a lovely brochure for our home, Peter and Sandy dealt with our house sale and Tracey with the aftersales. They all provided an excellent service. Our sales went pretty quickly, but our aftersales went on for longer than expected, due to external factors that were out of our control. Tracey stayed calm and supportive throughout, approachable at all times, guiding us along the right path, through the stress and out the other end to complete our journey. Unprofessional booked a viewing and rang us few minutes before to say they couldn’t find the keys how convenient! 3 days later they still didn’t contact us to inform us about the keys or what’s happening I guess when your face don’t fit in certain environments they make it very transparent!...
