Every time we have spoken to Debbie it has been refreshing that someone has taken time to know all about the property and has 99% of the answers we ask. The 1 % are not what we expect anyone to know. Our experience with estate agents is not good but Debbie goes and shows us that there are excellent people out there. Would prefer to deal with Debbie in future viewings with your company. Certainly a credit in representing you.

So we recently bought our home through Love Homes.
Our first contact was with Debbie who did most of the viewings with us. She was lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We then met Pat, he was friendly, chatty (could talk as much as me!), approachable and knowledgeable. He answered our many questions through the next few weeks quickly and efficiently.
Finally after the sale had gone through Ruth contacted us. Ruth was again friendly, had time for a chat but professional. She was amazing as she bridged the gap between us, the sellers and the solicitors. She kept us up to date with regular information…so very helpful indeed.
We hadn’t moved home for over 30 years and were worried (as we had heard many stories of how stressful it could be) but the team at Love Homes, Flitwick made the process much easier by answering all questions, returning calls and keeping us up to date. I would definitely recommend them.

We used Love Homes to sell our house in Flitwick recently. Duncan valued the house and we were happy with the valuation and his marketing strategy. It did take a while to sell but we were never pushed into dropping the price and do believe it is the market right now. Both Duncan and Debbie gave feedback straight after any viewings and were both very easy to deal with.<br>Once an offer had been accepted it did go rather quiet however, we did feel like we were pushing things along and didn't always feel fully informed.<br>Towards the end Stuart stepped in and he was very proactive pushing the sale along and keeping us updated with everything. The WhatsApp group is a good idea but sometimes a call can be more beneficial to explain situations fully.<br>I do think we had a rather rough ride however, and as our move was around Christmas time it was even more tricky getting everyone on the same page. The majority of the chain were pushing to complete before Christmas and one piece of the chain were wanting to wait until after Christmas. I realise you don't always get much notice of the completion date but I feel if there had been earlier discussions to determine if the other buyers preferred before or after Christmas it could have saved a lot of stress.<br>Saying all that I would still definitely recommend Love Homes, they are all friendly, approachable and professional.

The process got a bit bumpy at times, but both Patrick and Ruth were reassuring throughout.

They had a proceedable offer of full asking price on our property on the FIRST viewing! Unreal from their team. As first-time buyers, this experience was incredibly upsetting and completely ruined what should have been an exciting milestone.
We were spoken to in a patronising, condescending and hostile manner, repeatedly talked over, and made to feel blamed for delays that were outside our control. We were pressured into agreeing a completion date that was not financially viable for us and warned that we could cause the chain to collapse through no fault of our own.
Instead of being supported as first-time buyers, we were dismissed and intimidated. The stress caused by this treatment had a real impact on our wellbeing.
I would not recommend this agent. Professionalism and basic courtesy were seriously lacking.

I must say that I have been totally surprised how well the staff at love homes have looked after me.
I purchased a property from love homes and from my first viewing through to completion i was kept well informed and i was given up to date progress on my purchase and as far as I am concerned Ruth Beckwith is a credit to your company and she delt with all the issues that went with my purchase and she was far more helpful than the agent that sold my property.

It was a very long, complicated process (due to other properties involved, nothing to do with Love Homes) but they supported every way they could, helping nudge things along. When I first put it on the market Patrick came to see us and was brilliant - knows his stuff and all round lovely guy. I can’t recommend the Love Homes team enough. They went over and above what I expected from an estate agent. Selling your home can be incredibly stressful but they really couldn’t do enough - even bringing me a vacuum cleaner on exchange day when mine died!

We first met Stuart in Oct 2023 when we were looking for an agent to assist with the sale of our parents home. We met with several agents but for us it was an easy choice, Stuart knew the area and the market trends so well that we instantly had confidence in him.
It wasn’t then until earlier this year that we were in a position to put the house on the market.
Again we couldn’t fault the service we received, from the taking of the property photos, to the accurate description of the house.

It was an absolute delight dealing with Debbie at Love Homes. Both my husband and I commented following our viewings that we must contact her manager to let him/her know how professional, knowledgeable, informative and helpful she had been. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome and Debbie was able to answer our questions on each property confidently and competently. From the first meeting we had with Duncan S at our (now former) home, Love Homes made selling our house as stress-free as possible. Both Duncan S and then Duncan R listened to our requirements, catering to them accurately and professionally, as well as providing us with much-welcomed advice throughout the process. All the staff from the very beginning were professional and helpful and offered an excellent service. The Sales Progression Manager, Sharon Humphrey was outstanding. We had a problem in the chain with our buyer which was causing communication issues with the solicitors and other parties. Sharon took it upon herself to manage the situation, contacting everyone to ensure that exchange and completion took place.
