With our property fallen through twice before with a previous agency, Vaughan Reynolds came to the rescue, they sold our property within a couple of days of being on the market. Ginny and Tom have been fantastic not only with the sale of our property but with the purchase of a property through themselves.
I would highly recommend Vaugh Reynolds.

Tom and Abbie from Vaughan Reynolds have been professional, friendly, prompt to reply, answering any queries in a practical, helpful manner. I have been very happy dealing with them and would thoroughly recommend Vaughan Reynolds to handle the sale of a property. After a poor experience with an Estate Agency, this was so much less stressful and more pleasant.

We have recently sold our house in Bearley, Stratford upon Avon, and Vaughn Reynolds were just incredible throughout. Matt, Abbie and Tom were the dream sales team, we sold our house very quickly and for well above the asking price.
During the sales process they supported us and Ginny acted almost as a buy-side advisor as is the norm in the US, but not normally in the Uk. The chain for our purchase ended up being very complex with lots of hurdles and I honestly don’t think it would have happened without Ginny!
Thank you so much to all of the VR team, we have bought and sold many houses before and never have I had an experience anything like this one with an estate agent. I couldn’t recommend them more highly, the difference to other Stratford based estate agents is outrageous and well worth any price difference!

We interviewed three agents and they came across as very professional in their presentation. Given this was a difficult time because of Covid they were very clear about keeping us and them safe during the visit and subsequent visits. They kept to their promises and sold to the first person who came to visit the house. They made sure that the offer was genuine and solid. During the tense time between accepting an offer and exchanging contracts they were very helpful in chasing the buying solicitor when asked especially in the final week before exchange.

They advertised on the standard web sites and in the local press a couple of times. They contacted me 3-4 times in 17 weeks.
They are not proactive and do not a 'hot box' of potential clients. I got the impression that they were only interested in very high value properties.
