They made sure they notified me when the viewings would be taking place. Potential buyers were always accompanied by a member of staff who always made sure the property was secure when they left. My sales negotiator was friendly and helpful and easy to get hold of.... Read more

Really bad time to sell but didn't have a great experience. Unrealistic valuation and not proactive. We had to suggest pricing drops and direction changes in order to attract fresh views. They weren't 100% bad but I'd hoped for more.... Read more
