Went to viewing and all was great until we had to communicate with the letting team at Fair Oak. No response or follow up. Called few times and the person was never available, never actually replied to my email even tho she said she would this resulted in us not getting the house. Not impressed with them at all.... We met Dan at the property and he was very personable and friendly. From previous experiences with other estate agents we felt they found it hard to remember any preferences or requirements for properties and would just send you the latest one available. However Dan was able to remember details about us and it is little things like that that make a difference - you feel like a person rather than a potential buyer! Leanna then helped us during the sales progression and Leanna was fantastic. She responded to our queries quickly and wouldn't leave us hanging. My boyfriend and I are first time buyers, exchange and completion happened today which couldn’t have happened without the amazing team at White and Guard Fair Oak, specifically George the estate agent and Leanna. They both made our first house buy so easy and smooth! We were constantly updated throughout the process and no question was too small or silly! We bought our lovely new home from White & Guard in Fair Oak on 6th March. Their standard of service really was a cut above the rest. We looked at number of properties and so dealt with agents from various local Estate Agencies. The White & Guard experience was so much more professional but with a friendly touch as well, especially as we had no idea what we were doing. Nothing was too much trouble. We received regular updates from the team who liased with our chosen Solicitor as well as keeping in touch with and passing on messages from the Sellers.
