I find the way our applications have been handled to be highly unprofessional.<br><br>While I understand that sometimes a landlord may choose another applicant, this has now happened three times. That is not something that can simply be put down to bad luck. Each time, we receive updates from your agency and respond promptly, but then we are left waiting for one or two days without any clear communication. During that time, we are led to believe that we may still receive an offer, only to later find out that the property has been given to someone else.<br><br>What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. If there is an issue with our application, or if the landlord is not interested in renting to us, I would much rather be told directly and honestly. Repeatedly keeping us waiting and giving us hope, only for the property to go to someone else, is unfair and wastes our time.<br><br>At this stage, it genuinely feels as though your agency is not interested in renting a property to us. If that is the case, it would have been far more professional to communicate that clearly from the beginning rather than keeping us waiting.<br><br>This is now the third time we have experienced the same situation with your agency, and it has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
