We recently sold and bought through White and Son’s Reigate and were very happy with their service.
All the team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time.
The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!

Honestly this has been hands down the smoothest sale from start to finish and i cant thank everyone enough for all of their hard work, in particular Jack & Cedric they have both always gone above and beyond and always been completely transparent and honest with me from valuation all the way to completion.<br><br>They have been an absolute pleasure to work with

I find the way our applications have been handled to be highly unprofessional.<br><br>While I understand that sometimes a landlord may choose another applicant, this has now happened three times. That is not something that can simply be put down to bad luck. Each time, we receive updates from your agency and respond promptly, but then we are left waiting for one or two days without any clear communication. During that time, we are led to believe that we may still receive an offer, only to later find out that the property has been given to someone else.<br><br>What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. If there is an issue with our application, or if the landlord is not interested in renting to us, I would much rather be told directly and honestly. Repeatedly keeping us waiting and giving us hope, only for the property to go to someone else, is unfair and wastes our time.<br><br>At this stage, it genuinely feels as though your agency is not interested in renting a property to us. If that is the case, it would have been far more professional to communicate that clearly from the beginning rather than keeping us waiting.<br><br>This is now the third time we have experienced the same situation with your agency, and it has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not recommend your agency to others.

We had great service from Loraine and Jordan when selling my dad's place. They were very responsive to communication and helped iron out problems quickly. Highly recommended!

I cannot thank Jack and Cédric from White and Sons Leatherhead for all their hard work when selling our leasehold flat. They found us a buyer twice after our first one pulled out at the last minute and they then went above and beyond to get us to completion after a couple of hiccups with a tricky lease. Jack especially was always super understanding, kind and professional even in the most frustrating circumstances and I'm so glad I chose them to sell my flat! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell in the area.

Very happy with the work done by the W&S team in selling our flat. We actually spoke to a few estate agents and they were the only ones that had something nice to say about our property(!) which made us feel confident in their ability to sell it.

I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!
