Sadly not the company they once were; as a managing agent they are chasing me for service charges despite me having instructed an agent and these deatils being advised some time ago. The excuses given were staff name changes amnd absence - seriously? No apology, just a referral to the complainst process. There are far better companies providing these services

Thank you so much to Rebecca, Andrew and the rest of the team at White and Sons for helping to sell our house. Due to market and political instability it wasn’t a quick process but throughout you stuck with us, got people through the door, came up with fresh ideas, offered guidance and support whenever it was needed. Each time we’ve spoken to anyone in the team they have been incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, supportive and professional. Communication has been clear and concise and we valued partnering with you to help us move on. Would highly recommend.

I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!

Excellent. In these days of 'free' estate agents (where you have to do all the work and know all the tricks yourself), the more traditional form looks on paper to be stupidly expensive. However, it *is* worth it to avoid all the pitfalls of a difficult sale/purchase chain. Cedric (and Jack) at Whites were excellent in many ways and I would highly recommend them. It still took months (due to circumstances beyond their control further down the chain), but at least we didn't have to do it all ourselves - and they kept pushing until it was done.
