We had a great experience from start to finish with White & Sons Leatherhead. Jack was excellent — professional, trustworthy, responsive and always helpful, keeping us informed throughout the last 6months and making the whole process of purchasing our first home as smooth as possible. He was chasing things up and really made it stress free for us. We are very grateful to him, thank you very much Jack.<br>A big thank you also to Cedric, Erin and Arrabella for all of their help along the way. White and sons Reigate were a perfect choice to market my Victorian property.<br>The valuation and marketing reflected every aspect that I felt important and were carefully discussed with Andrew who had extensive knowledge of the various types of properties and values particularly in Reigate.<br><br>The details and video were highly professional and showed the house at its best.<br><br>Viewings were always arranged and managed with my agreement and feedback quickly provided.<br>Rebecca and Lisa Jane were so helpful with this.<br><br>Ed gave an energy to the negotiations and was always quick to communicate any changes in the transactions, and I felt reassured by his straightforward and friendly approach, that secured the sale.<br><br>The whole team reflects as highly professional ,trustworthy and experienced,a pleasure to deal with.

We had a very positive experience with White & Sons in Dorking. The whole team were friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the process. They were always responsive when we had questions and gave us the time and flexibility we needed, including arranging multiple visits to the property while we completed surveys, inspections and various checks. We never felt rushed, which made what can be quite a stressful process much easier to manage!<br><br>A special thank you to Philip, who was excellent from start to finish! He was patient, professional and genuinely helpful, guiding us through the process and doing his best to accommodate our requests, including access to the property on several occasions. As we worked through the different checks and decisions involved in the purchase, Philip remained understanding and supportive throughout. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him and the White & Sons Dorking team!

I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!
