I couldn't speak more highly of Wilfords, and particularly Ed and Phil for the sale of my flat in Abbeville. I had previously been using another agency on Abbeville Road and, having had quite a poor experience, decided to switch. I'm so glad I did. Within a couple of weeks, the flat was listed and went to best and final offers. Ed and the team took care to only show genuine prospective buyers around my flat and there was no time wasting at all. The whole process was seamless and certainly took the stress out of viewings etc. The sale process was also extremely smooth - Ed was always on hand to answer any questions, provide updates on progress etc. Overall I couldn't recommend the team more highly. My only disappointment is that they aren't yet working north of the river to help me buy another flat!

Glad we did as after a slow start they sourced more applicants than we'd expected and...the all-important 'and'...they found an offeror in our indicated price range...albeit with complications.

I cannot recommend Wilfords highly enough - I actually initially contacted Wilfords regarding a house listing they had up, and enjoyed my conversation with George so much that we ended up selling our flat in Clapham Old Town with him. It sounds so cliché but Wilfords are genuinely different from the rest of estate agents, they care so much about offering the best possible service and finding you the perfect buyer. The communication is excellent, everyone we met who works at Wilfords is extremely personable, they absolutely nailed the marketing strategy for our flat... What can I say, they are just fab. We sold our flat after just a handful of viewings and George did a tremendous job managing conversations with our buyer who had to be patient whilst we went through a fairly complex house purchase. We have already recommended a good friend to sell their flat through Wilfords and will continue to recommend them to anyone else we speak to ! Deb and I have recently exchanged contracts on a property on Park Hill, Clapham. Edward was the senior executive responsible for the sale. Whilst it was clear throughout that Edward was very much on the side of the sellers (quite rightly), we also felt that he cared about us. He was incredibly responsive and had no problem sharing his WhatsApp number from the outset. He kindly guided us on how we might position ourselves to be the successful purchasers. He was also highly active during the period between offer and exchange. He seamlessly liaised between sellers, both sets of solicitors and our surveyor. He also liaised direct with our financial advisor so that it was clear that what was delivered to the sellers had been approved by him. He was also very helpful at a practical level in answering the numerous queries, Deb and I had about the property and things like gardner, dentist, doctor, property maintenance firm, etc. etc. We could not recommend him too highly. To be successful in a tough environment you need an agent who takes personal ownership, thinks laterally how to market a property and can reach parts of the market that don’t just walk along the high street. Geoff was that agent. From flying drones to highlight better the location, Instagram posts plus social media marketing and the personal touch of doing viewings himself, as well as arriving early to make sure doors were open and the property was always showing its best. Geoff worked tirelessly to get the best result which I hugely appreciate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Geoff and if we were to sell again he would be my first call.
