William H Brown have been dealing with my sale which started off as a simple transaction between 2 people, no chains. It developed into a nightmare. Through no fault of William H Brown. Victoria was always helpful and courteous especially as for a time she was under extreme pressure and working alone. Jamie has been in post for a few weeks and has been given a 'baptism of fire' in dealing with my case! I wish him well for the future. THE worst experience AND staff EVER. NOT The current staff beginning 2024. Previous staff had to be chased for updates, always had to ask for them to do their job even after waiting for days for them to action before we chased. Wrong information given. Didn’t turn up for showings. Useless. POOR POOR SERVICE from the office manager Latisha and down. Charlie was good but left. High staff turnover every couple of months. Not surprised. I highly recommend this agent. When i bought this house they assisted me greatly with communications to my solicitor and generally chasing progress. I might have given up without their help. Now I am selling the house they have organised and executed an open day, screened bidders and given advice which has resulted in a quick sale.
