We used Winkworths to sell our home at the end of 2025 and it was a fantastic service from start to finish, from both Ryan and Matt.
Ryan was excellent at capturing wonderful photos of our home that 100% represented the reality of our home. We were really happy with the valuation and felt it was fair against current market value.
Viewings were managed effectively by Matt and we had 7 bookings confirmed within 2 days. We then went on to sell our house after 3 days of being on the market which was fantastic.
We were kept informed of the process and steps all the way thorough via email, text or phone which suited us great as we couldn’t always pick up straight away! Calls back to the office were always responded to either immediately or within the hour.
I would highly recommend Winkworths to anyone wishing to sell. Fair fees, excellent communication and genuinely great and knowledgeable agents. Thank you both so much.

We booked a valuation in after we had viewed a few property’s. Ryan attended promptly , he was very professional , with extremely good advice as to what price to market our home to achieve a sale . The photos were superb, again with good advice as to how to present our rooms. Within days we had our first viewings, and an offer within 10 days! The bungalow we had found was also on with Winkworths of Bourne , and Adam at the Bourne office helped us negotiate an offer to achieve a sale & purchase. Winkworths work together extremely well.
Matt helped us immensely , keeping us up to date every step of the way. He gave honest, professional help and kept us calm through a tricky chain break, which resolved quite quickly . When all in the chain were ready to exchange , once again, Matt could not have done anymore! When our house removal company couldn’t help us on the completion date given, he even gave us another removal company to ring, & thankfully they could. Have to say they were amazing too.

I was a bit sceptical about selling through Winkworth - I had always been under the impression that they were only interested in taking on the 'more exclusive' properties, but I quickly found out how wrong I was.
Matthew and the team at Deeping were friendly and approachable. They listened to me, and produced such a fabulous brochure of my property details I actually cried!
They quickly got viewings set up for me, and on most occasions, showed prospective buyers round too, which made everything less stressful for me. Communication was also excellent in every way.

Whilst we didn’t not use these guys to sell they are our vendor’s Estate Agent and so we have had considerable communication with them over the last 3 months and they have been brilliant. Can’t fault them and it’s rare to find really good Estate Agents that don’t just care about the sale but also care about other parties involved in a chain. We dealt with Matthew who was great with comms and chasing things up and when he was on annual leave which can sometimes cause problems with files being passed and cases being covered by colleagues we then dealt with Ryan who has been absolutely outstanding. Never called me back after and enquiry on a viewing they promised to follow up on. When I chased it they had sold the property before I had a chance to put an offer in. To clarify. I'm not upset about missing out on a sale. It's the poor communication. The lack of sticking to your word. The response speaks of how inundated you were regarding the property and none of that was communicated to me at the time of viewing and I was under the assumption the vendor was being contacted on my behalf to repair the garage so I could view it. Once offers had of come in it would have been polite to update me or even your personal website or rightmove.

After having our property valued by a few agents there wasn’t a doubt in my mind about who we would use. Winkworth stands head and shoulders above any other agent. Ryan did a fantastic job of marketing our house and is so professional and friendly; a perfect combination.
We were always kept well informed after viewings with Ryan providing useful feedback. It’s very refreshing to find a company so proactive at calling with information rather than having to chase them up yourself.
Once we had accepted an offer, Winkworth’s really came into their own. We were second from top of a really difficult chain, with last minute hiccups occurring that caused a great deal of stress. Matt handled this part of the process and I honestly doubt whether we would have completed without his support and expertise in managing the situation. He seemed to be the only agent that put the effort in to contact the entire chain to get information passed along. He’s an absolute credit to Winkworth and his fantastic working relationship with Ryan makes for an incredible team. I would absolutely recommend Winkworth to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Winkworth's (Matt) were the estate agent for the house we were buying. Although we were not paying them a penny, the service offered was beyond outstanding. Thanks to Matt we always knew exactly what was happening in the entirety of our chain.
Our sale was very stressful and complicated and our own estate agents (Fine & Country) were absolutely awful. Matt was the one who supported us through the whole process.
He was always informed, bright, cheerful and supportive. Exactly what you would hope for from an estate agent.

We sold our house with winkworth, they sold our house within a week over Christmas 2019 and we were due to move in March 2020 but unfortunately our move got held up by our sale and then the pandemic hit which further held up our sale but winkworth were brilliant providing us with daily updates, adhering to new covid guidelines, and constantly chasing solicitors for us. Nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend them. We will without a doubt be using winkworth again for future sales.
