This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband.
I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

I strongly advise against using this company. They knowingly rent out houses that are unfit for habitation. Everything is prepared for show, but after a few months, mold and mildew start to appear. The contracts are designed to make the tenant move out so that they can steal the deposit! This is illegal and they should face legal consequences, and the company should be shut down immediately. Someone should finally take a look at their scam. The way they treat their customers only proves that they are exploiting people's naivety. Unequal treatment are the hallmarks of this business.

The biggest thank you to the manager of this branch, Louise Chapman.
Who recently visited my family member to complete a valuation, after what has been a really awful time for the family. Louise was kind, warm, empathetic and has really restored our faith in people.

Poor communication. Didnt let me know about prices of the services they are outsourcing. Over paying for simple services. Lying about parts that need replacing to make extra money.
