We were kept updated throughout the whole process, which gave us real peace of mind. The only agency that didn't dismiss me for being a single mom. Molly replied to almost every one of my emails right away. It took us exactly one week from viewing the house to collecting the keys. As a landlord it takes all the stress away. Richard has great attention to detail and is very “on it” when it comes to addressing any problems. Molly is great as “sorting” stuff she is a great communicator and also they both have a “can do” attitude that makes the service feel so personal.<br><br>I haven’t had to chase or follow up or ask for things to be done they just happen and the contractor they use are fair, reasonable and honest which is another refreshing change. We have used the services of Richard for 30 years and was the obvious choice when our tenant recently vacated the property. The service Richard has provided either when he worked for other agents or his own company is outstanding. Our property was advertised on Thursday,, and just 4 business days later our new tenant was moved in. Richard was even willing for viewings to happen over a bank holiday weekend.
