I found Elliot Quinn very easy to deal with - they were extremely responsive and worked well with us. I engaged them originally as their response time was quick and thorough and I was never disappointed. Throughout the whole process Matt Elliot was extremely helpful and supportive. Elliot Quinn Estates were the most friendly, non-judgemental and reliable estate agents we found. Every question and query we had, the team answered and we were made to feel at ease by their warm, calm and relaxed approach - I particularly found this very helpful when feeling anxious about moving house. We felt that Elliot Quinn Estates were the most helpful estate agents we recieved an estimation for sale from.Every part of the process, the team explained things we were unsure of in an easy and unstable way - we were never made to feel lost in the jargon surrounding solicititing or estate agency. Dan was brilliant with finding us and advising us about our mortgage deal and Lois and Matt were fantastic when we put our house up for sale. Elliott Quinn Estates have been helpful and friendly while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism throughout the whole renting process. I am a first time landlord and they have guided me through the minefield of being one fantastically. They provided a detailed and thorough market research pack to help me identify how to present my property for the best possible yield. As well as this all paperwork was handled through docusign. Great Valuation and local knowledge. We reached out to Lois for a free valuation and within 24hours we received a response with a valuation and a very detailed reason for this. We also discussed the market and all the options I have. There was no pressure and the conversation actual made me reconsider if now was the right time to do what i wanted. Was very refreshing not just to get a simple quote back or having the feeling that i have to sell now and with them. Really friendly and professional.
