Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent communication at all times, but way beyond that is the dedication Attik have to making your house selling/buying journey as seamless as possible. We have felt so supported every step of the way, Kate and her team are so approachable, personable and containing!
Our completion day had the potential to be one of the most stressful of our lives with a dog at the emergency vets and a child with a sickness bug, it was just the two of us until Kate showed up and offered whatever help she could. Above and beyond!!

Absolutely Excellent - above and beyond service.
I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that without Attik, I would not be writing this review right now in my dream home. I was in a chain of 6 which nearly collapsed, however, Madeleine and Kate put lots of hours of work in with everyone involved in the chain. To be honest I had given up hope but these 2 ladies fought tooth and nail for the exchange and completion and I could not be more grateful to them. They are unlike other estate agents, (I hold a very unfavourable view of the estate agent who sold me this house), and they genuinely put the customer first. It is a service like no other and would urge anyone to use them to sell their home. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars.

We can’t thank Maddi, Katie and their team at Attik enough for helping us find and buy our new home. We registered with them and they came back to us a few months later with a house that turned out to be perfect for us and arranged a viewing before it went on the market.
Throughout the whole process, Maddi and Katie were amazingly supportive: they bring a personal touch, genuinely care and are fun to work with! They kept us updated from the start to that amazing moment of getting the keys.

Louie and Jeremy were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always able to offer helpful suggestions to allow me and my wife to buy our property on the Norfolk coast. Louie was always willing to travel over on various occasions to allow us into the property to liaise with tradesmen for quotes for work and for my wife to measure for window blinds, curtains, furnishings etc, nothing was too much trouble.

I can’t recommend Attik Estate Agents high enough, from the moment Emma came to value my house, nothing was too much trouble, … Emma and Grace were very professional and great at showing potential buyers around, making sure no details were missed. The photographer they used, took some incredible photos, and I know this very much helped with the sale. Once a buyer was found, Jeremy took over to make sure all the legal info was done properly, and that all involved in the chain were kept informed with what was happening.
There were several complications with my sale, but there was always someone at the end of the phone to advise me on the best option forward and everyone was I spoke with was always very very helpful… Must thank in particular Emma and Jeremy, a great professional team who both made the process a lot less stressful than it could of potentially been.

We honestly can't rate Attik, and in particular, Jeremy, highly enough. As with the sale and purchase of any property, the process can be very stressful. From our initial instruction, through to completion, Attik were fantastic. What attracted us to them was their pre-vetting process for all purchasers, which meant potential buyers couldn't view our property unless they could prove they had appropriate finance in place. We accepted an offer within days. At one point it looked like the chain was going to collapse. But thanks to Jeremy's tenacity, the sale and our subsequent purchase, which we were in serious danger of losing, went ahead. Thank you to the whole Attik team.

Couldn't recommend Louie any higher.
We told Louie on our first phone call that we needed to sell our house for probably £20k over budget, and within a week, in order to secure our new dream house - a ridiculous long shot that we realistically thought impossible.
3 days later the house was listed.
2 working days later it was sold for £20k over asking.
Quite phenomenal work and would advise anyone to use them.

We purchased our house in Sprowston via Attik. Everyone was so professional. And would always be so prompt with replies. We had a bit of a nightmare around Christmas where the bottom of our chain fell through. And the advice we received from Attik really helped us to make the decision as to when to re list our property. It was a long chain, and took a long time for all of us to finally complete. But Attik were there for us every step of the way with professionalism, advice, prompt responses to queries and their general good nature.
Even to the point where one of the staff we were dealing with had to leave the company and called to have a lovely chat with me and wish us well for the future. Which was so lovely.
I didn't sell through Attik as I was well out of area. But if we ever dare to venture into the property market again I know exactly who I will turn to for listing.

I recently interacted with Attik Real Estate and was disappointed by their approach to discussing property prices. Any attempt to negotiate or even discuss the price seemed inappropiate to them. While I understand the importance of maintaining property value, open communication and a willingness to discuss is crucial in real estate. I hope they can improve their customer service to be more flexible and understanding in the future.
Updated Review:I am updating my previous review and increasing the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. The agency did address my concerns and reached out to me via email, which demonstrates a level of professionalism. However, I still believe that they did not serve the vendor's best interests. Their approach did not secure the best offer for the vendor, which is a critical aspect of their service. Therefore, at this time, I cannot recommend this agency to either vendors or buyers.

Oscar took us around for our first viewing and handled our offer process, well dressed, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, every time i spoke with him during this process he was always a pleasure to talk to. Once our offer was accepted Terie took over. Always happy on the phone and genuinely made us feel confident we were in good hands. . They must of saved my number too because they always answered using my name. That was a nice touch.
Once contracts had been exchanged we received a call from Oscar to congratulate us, the whole process was made easy and and I couldn't thank them both enough.
