I couldn't recommend them enough. Really helpful throughout the entire process, easy to get in touch with someone to to ask about anything. Very quick with email replies but also keeping me updated on the process of the sale. My contact Helen was always friendly and professional, as was all the team. Service was a 10/10 and I would definitely go to them again.

We couldn’t be happier with Denni’s level of service to our case. Denni was always swift to respond to any questions/queries my partner or myself had, and was incredibly helpful under difficult circumstances, due to the problems we had with our solicitors. Couldn’t recommend enough, and thankful to both Your Move and Denni.

I was incredibly disappointed by Your Move Hinckley. It was quite clear that they considered the landlord a higher priority than tenants.
Throughout my tenancy, I found the quality and timeliness of communication to be poor. There are plenty of examples that I could draw on.
For example, when a brown fluid was leaking out in our bathroom, Your Move determined that fixing it was not a priority. At this time, we were told that a lack of heating in winter would be a priority. However, when our boiler failed that December, we were advised that we were still not a priority.
The end of our tenancy was a shambles. They failed to confirm receipt of our keys and were sluggish to return our deposit. It felt like we were being passed between teams, none of whom were keen to help.
I do not recommend this outfit at all.

Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold.
Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert.
But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude.
Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings.
Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine.
Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

One of the worst experience in letting properties.They are good on selling/buying properties,tricky and ignoring emails without response,lack of flexibility and not willing to communicate personnel at Abbey Wood branch!The handling of client funds in my situation has been particularly concerning.

Both my brother and I have sold homes separatley using Phil at yourmove recently. Excellent local knowledge and pushed the sale through dealing with the solicitors enquires which had stalled to push the sale across the line.

turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team.
The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult.
We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
