Gemma from Your Move Ramsgate recently helped us with the letting out of our property in that area. I found her service to be very friendly yet professional and transparent. I especially liked how quickly Gemma responded to all my correspondence. I wouldn't hesitate to repeat the experience.

My husband and I had been looking for houses in Barnsley for months and dealt with many estate agents and we have to say Your Move was wonderful!<br><br>We worked with Charlotte and sometimes Olivia to book many viewings before we purchased and we finally put an offer on a house they hosted— Charlotte was the one who helped us and she was always friendly kind, understanding, kept us consistently updated, helped us with any queries and more importantly helped us chase solicitors!<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Your Move more highly. The properties they host are good and working with Charlotte especially was a treat. If you’re going to purchase or even sell your property, I recommend going through them! Thank you again Charlotte for helping us get our first home ??????

Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold.
Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert.
But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude.
Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings.
Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine.
Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

Phil at Your Move New Cross is genuinely brilliant at what he does. From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team.
The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult.
We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
