Have bought 3 properties in North Lanarkshire in last 3 years with Your Move McLaughlin and they are an excellent estate agent. The staff will go the extra mile to offer viewings at a time to suit, even at short notice. They will chase up sellers and solicitors, give advice, and are on hand to help whenever needed. My last property went through in just a few short weeks. The staff at Your Move were able to track down safety certificates that I needed from the seller. The office manager, Lynne, was answering my emails at 5am! That's dedication. Lynne also came out to my car with the keys to my new property just before close of business on a Friday (sale didnt complete with solicitors until the very last minute on a Friday, causing me to panic that I wouldn't have the keys all weekend, but Lynne made sure I got them). This is an another example of their terrific service. I have also found Your Move staff refreshingly honest, unlike my experiences with other estate agents in the region. I am happy to recommend Your Move McLaughlin, especially their Coatbridge office. I will definitely use them again. Thanks to Lynne, Danielle and the rest of the team.... Read more

First class service from Katrina! We live overseas and decided to sell our property in Coatbridge. We got in touch with Your Move and Katrina was soon on the case. She assisted us with EVERYTHING; from surveys to viewings and everything in between. Katrina kept us in the loop the entire time and often gave us her expert opinion on things such as making the property more appealing, sales market at certain times (specifically Christmas) etc. We felt like we were in safe hands the entire time and Katrina made what could have been a really stressfull time (with us being out of country) a whole lot less anxious. The closing date was meant to be a Monday but I was phoned and asked if I could change it cause it was a bank holiday and they wanted it off, not a problem but when I went to pick up keys they didn’t have all the keys available and I was asked if I could “chap up the neighbours” to borrow keys and get them cut. Kind of crazy that each and every region has a “your room “ agency with different standards and approach. I had the luck to communicate and had viewings with a highly professional branch south Glasgow. Then a very unprofessional and lazy on the west, so you need to check on Google which branch affiliate you have appointment with by name not just by the pre your move tag.... Read more
