I worked with Yours Link as a landlord for my London property. Marketing fees were charged multiple times, but the property stayed vacant. After terminating cooperation, they did not respond ? and return the keys, the property was still listed without my authorization. Communication was inconsistent, making it very difficult to manage.
This review shares my experience so other landlords can take care with agreements, fees, and key handling.
??Update after owner’s response:
The owner’s response avoids the core issue.
The tenant never moved in, canceled at the last minute, and I suffered financial losses. Despite this, fees were still charged and no support was offered.
Quoting policies does not resolve the problem.
This reflects the actual level of service I received.

I have requested termination of our contract for property management and they do not respond despite my calls, messages and emails. They are deliberately withholding funds due to me as well as my apartment keys.
I would advise any landlord to stay far away from them and work with more reputable agencies.

This is perhaps the least satisfactory rental management company in the United Kingdom. The company primarily employs staff of Chinese origin and manages properties owned by Chinese landlords. We rented a property in Loom Building Manchester through them for three years and encountered significant difficulties in communication. Upon vacating the property, a deduction of £410 was made for minor scratches on the dining table and a sticky hanger left behind the door. When we contested these charges, we were informed by YoursLink that the landlord did not agree and that payment was still required. Throughout the tenancy, we maintained the property with care and responsibility, but we were ultimately disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which both YoursLink and the landlord handled our concerns.

This agency is a scam, do not rent with them. It is the most unprofessional and corrupt company I have ever experienced. They are non responsive for weeks at end. The team is in China and does not respond to emails or calls.
The agency (Yourslink) and the landlord (Hanland Capital) seem to be managed by the same group of people so there is essentially no difference between the companies.
There is no support for emergencies. It is the worst managed tenancy I've ever been in. We did not have heating in the flat for several days. We had a broken couch and a mould situation that the agency did not attend to. It was a difficult and frustrating nightmare being in that flat. Every week was emailing them about some sort of illegal practice that they were adopting.
They ended up terminating the tenancy within 6 months during the peak rental period which seems like a common trend. They charged us exorbitantly for damages with no evidence or justification. I am honestly surprised that the UK tenancy law has not caught up with their scams, and such immoral companies are still allowed to continue.
They deleted the Google listing with all the previous honest reviews since it unmasked the true nature of the company. Please go on Trustpilot to read their reviews before renting with them.
