Good communication. Would have been nice to have a bit more acknowledgment when collecting the keys of a major purchase rather than feeling like I had to keep explaining who I was and why I was there!

Lee Auckland has been amazing throughout a difficult house sale taking 18 months. He has been in regular communication throughout which has been most helpful. His diligence and commitment to getting this sale completed to our satisfaction has been outstanding.

It was a long and difficult process but I can’t rate Lee Auckland highly enough. He kept in touch regularly, was diligent, and tenacious when things got tough!! He was also very kind and sympathetic and provided therapy when needed!! Thank you, Lee.<br>Thanks also to the team , if ever I need to sell another house or know someone who does, I will definitely be recommending you.

Lee fro Allan morris was fantastic, always available for queries and proactive with communication. The chain fell through twice but Lee was quick with the next steps and we had an uncomplicated sale at the end
