When the chain fell through he was quick to respond and secure a new buyer. We recently sold our property through Alan Morris of Malvern, which turned out to be a long process over a year, mainly due to vendors taking a long time to find a new property and the lack of help from the Vendors Estate Agents and Solicitors. Throughout the process Allan Morris kept us informed of the latest information, contacted the Vendors Agent and Solicitors, and generally tried to speed up the sale as we were getting very stressed over such a long period.<br>Particular mention should be given to both Victoria and Lee who were always helpful, ready to speak no matter how busy they were and nothing was too much trouble. They are a real example of what an Estate Agency should be.<br>We can`t thank them enough for the help and support they gave us over a long period.<br>Paul and Sue Sheppard

Now the dust has settled on our recent house move we must take the opportunity to review the superb performance of Vicki Taylor from the Malvern office. Allan Morris were representing our buyers property and without Vicki we would probably still not have moved! Vicki’s ownership and persistence with chasing chain agents and solicitors was relentless and we are hugely grateful. Highly dynamic, taking ownership and flawless customer service. If only our selling agents were this comprehensive. Every agent need a Vicki Taylor. Vicki Taylor, Christian and the Malvern team handled the sale of our lovely barn which completed today ??????.
Although we sold to the first couple who viewed, It’s been a long and difficult sale due to multiple chain collapses. Despite setbacks and having to deliver difficult news, Vicki stayed positive, proactive and committed to getting the barn sold and completed.
We would ?????? recommend the Allan Morris team. They have been approachable, warm, efficient and conducted our property sale in an open and ethical way.
