Kate and Lee were particularly helpful more so than my agent, not be local to the area their honest imput was useful. We sold our house and brought our new one with Alan Morris last year … it was fantastic experience (I do mean that) we had our house online within a week our initial enquiry and had excepted and offer within 2 weeks , the process was well managed by the team and we were kept well informed , the managed the viewings professionally and we have nothing but praise for how it went .. I know this may not be the norm across the UK / buying / selling houses in the UK .. but we had a great experience . Christian values and photographed our house within a few days on initial contact and did a fantastic job showing its “best side” , we were looked after by Lee (sale / purchase ) and he was fantastic with communication and keeping us updated .. he did a great job of “chasing” the chain and probably going above and beyond what he was required to do. We completed the purchase of our new property, obtained via Kate Gilham of Allan Morris Malvern, a week ago and we have to say the support, efficiency and kindness we received was exceptional.
We found this dream property back in April after a long search, but due to the sluggish housing market in Wales, where we were selling, we had a nightmare situation of continuous broken chains, all of them so near to Exchange of Contracts too. Kate was keen for us to have our dream property and so were the vendors, which I am sure was down to Kate’s persuasion. Kate showed such patience and kindness throughout the process and gave us regular reassurance that the vendors would stay with us.
When Kate was on holiday I had some dealing with Lee who was equally supportive and kind, so it appears that the whole team have excellent professional standards and high levels of competence, which is more than I can say of other agents we dealt with in our search for a new home. I am convinced the outcome of getting our dream house would have turned out differently if we had dealt with another Estate Agency.
It took 10 months to complete in the end, but we just love the house and it is perfect for us in every way. We even managed to achieve a view just as beautiful as our last house but with a much better climate than we had in Wales and amenities that we need around us these days. Thank you Kate- you played a big part in this process and we are so grateful.

Pretty poor experience both as potential renters and as potential purchasers.
About a year ago, we moved to the area from London and dealt with the lettings team while looking for a rental. Despite already having viewed the property informally before it was listed, we were required to attend an in-person viewing with Caroline - a four-hour round trip - on the basis that the property was “unusual”. Even after seeing it again, we’re still not sure what was meant by that, in all honesty.
After this, communication noticeably slowed, and following a series of delays, we were eventually told the landlord wouldn’t be proceeding with our offer - accompanied by a vague, overly flattering explanation that didn’t really add up. While the landlord was of course under no obligation to accept our offer, the way it was handled by the agent felt neither transparent nor respectful of our time.
We then viewed another property with a different agent and had the contract signed within 24 hours. Much more like it.
Months later, now looking to buy, we viewed a property marketed by the sales side of the business. I was contacted for feedback and took the time to send detailed comments by email - including constructive points about the listing photos, which appeared to obscure some unflattering but important aspects of the property. I never received any acknowledgement - not even a quick thank you - nor any follow-up to see if there were other properties that might suit us. It was a marked contrast to our experience with other local agents.
Six months on, that same property remains unsold and is still listed, now with a second price reduction. We’ve since completed on another home.
In both instances, there was a clear lack of professionalism and respect for our time. The contrast between our experience with this agent and other local agents could not have been more stark.

I should have written this review months ago (Kate, apologies for the delay, you did ask me to do it on completion!). Six months on, I can say that my experience with Allan Morris, Malvern, and in particular with Kate Gilham, was nothing short of outstanding.
To give you a sense of the level of service Kate provides, I originally had an offer accepted on a house in October 2023. Just two weeks before completion in March 2024, the vendors unexpectedly pulled out. Kate did everything within her power to keep the sale on track, but unfortunately, circumstances were beyond her control. Even then, she stayed in touch, helping me search for alternatives.
Several months later, when the same property came back onto the market, Kate immediately reached out to see if I was still interested. Thanks to her, I had a second chance at securing the house. The process second time around was far from straightforward, it was challenging and, at times, very emotional (as most are) but Kate went above and beyond at every stage. Her professionalism, personal touch, and sense of humour made an enormous difference.
The “Kate experience” is something rare in business today. She combines dedication, and genuine care in a way that sets her apart, I would hire her into my own business in a heartbeat.

They are very rude towards buyer. Will tell you they won’t sell for less than 99%-100% asking price so you know when they put your offer across they will be telling the seller to reject. The properties are over valued compared to identical houses in better condition listed by other agents.
I would say if you are using them to sell your house it’s going to take a very long time indeed. They refuse to allow second viewings if you don’t increase your offer which seems very unethical and bully tactics.
Also they didn’t respond to most of our inquiries and requests for viewings for properties .

Our experience was generally very good. Valuation of our cottage was problematic as there was no other property to compare it to and our next door neighbours was not in as good condition.
The sales people were pleasant and arrived early to see the property. One had not read her brochure and did not realise the loft had been developed.

Wanted to a view a property they have available for sale, advertised on Rightmove. Victoria answered the phone and was impolite and unhelpful and wouldn’t book me in for a viewing, stating there was already offers on the property. There’s the possibility I could have put in a higher offer than others but was immediately shut down by her. I am put off from dealing with this estate agents. Why still advertise the property if you aren’t going to conduct viewings?
