My first point of contact with Austin & Wyatt while renting my apartment has been absolutely fantastic. The team has been incredibly helpful and highly professional throughout the initial stages of the process, making everything smooth and straightforward.<br>?I am very impressed with their service so far. When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for. Overall brilliant experience. Buying a house can be stressful but when you have great support from both the estate agent John Turle and the Mortgage Advisor Joshua Lewis. They make the experience massively easier. Both showed a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, if I could put 6/5 stars I would
