Incredibly Amazing agents! Had a nightmare with a previous agency and was least stranded with less than 48 hours to my move in date. Austin and Wyatt came with the ability of having super powers and ensured I was all sorted and good to go just in time for my scheduled move in date! GRATEFUL FOR SUCH AN AMAZING AGENCY!

I had a really positive experience with Jared and the team. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent – clear, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process.
Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I always felt kept informed at every stage. Jared and the team made everything straightforward and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive letting agent.

Sold my property through Austin & Wyatt (Bournemouth) and the service was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor for long stretches, two buyers were lost during the process, and I repeatedly had to chase for updates. There were basic administrative errors, including agents attending with the wrong keys and contacting the wrong solicitors. The sale eventually completed, but the overall experience felt disorganised and lacking in professionalism. I would not recommend ever.

When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

We didn’t get many viewings and the ones we got were not the right people for our property or they had not sold their property so if they did like it they could not proceed
