All staff at Austen Wyatt have been supportive in every way whilst selling my deceased mums house. I have had help and advise all the way and I would not like to be with anyone else. They are amazing contiencious and hard working. They are all so polite and accommodating and I couldn’t wish for better or more . They all deserve a huge pat on the back , and I may add Tom will always go the extra mile to help when you’re stuck on anything, that is just outstanding service. This is a five star estate agent and I would highly recommend.

Kyle was very accurate on his valuation in a very uncertain market
Took his advice and decorated the flat and marketed in the spring
Lots of viewings and managed to get a very happy cash buyer to complete in 5 months

DO NOT ENGAGE!!! Phone and earbuds were STOLEN from our home as multiple people were allowed UNSUPERVISED access. We've been living here for 6 months, paying our rent on time with no other issues, and we've already had 2 property inspections, handymen left right and centre sent by the landlady to fix whatever at her whim, and a viewing in our absence. Never in my life have I felt so unsafe, not to mention that the flat is in town centre and DAILY there are people doing drugs and overdosing on our doorstep. I am beyond disappointed! I still can't believe that my own things were stolen from what was supposed to be my home!! Who steals from a young mother with a baby in her care?! What kind of a messed up human being does this, not to mention that the agency have epically failed to secure our home during all of these visits!<br><br>When you allow visits in your tenants' absence you assume THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF RESPONSIBILITY! You must ALWAYS SUPERVISE ANY VISITORS!

We bought our house trough this branch of Austin and Wyatt. The whole team were always polite and helpful, however a special mention for Kyle who was tenacious in following up everyone in the chain and keeping us informed and reassured, during a long and sometimes difficult transaction.

When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service.<br><br>Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. He explained lots about the property and the process involved and was incredibly helpful throughout.<br><br>Jared is a real credit to the team and is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you again, Jared!

I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for.
