Jamie Manns is impressive in delivering friendly and individual-focused customer service. He presents properties and associated sale and purchase options/strategy confidently, in a way that inspires confidence that he has done his homework. He accentuates the positives, but is realistic about any drawbacks. He follows up diligently and has a problem-solving, deal making mentality.

Shocked. Called me in the middle of a vets appointment collecting my dog from an op. I was called so that the call never ended. I was forced to answer infront of the vet in the middle of a stressful appointment. The issue was because I didn,t answer the 1st time, they immediately phoned again. I had no choice but to stop the vet what we were talking about and answer. Then she said she,d call again. My dogs consultation was invaded like a cold calling stalker harrassment call. I phoned back when in my car to tell them and all she could say your off our mailing list!!' No sorry for all the calls and disturbed interrupted or the delicate appointment she ruined! Distgusting for an Estate Agents, even cold call offices dont keep calling making you answer your own phone!! Unprofessional and rude. Never known an Agents like it. Didn,t even remember them anyway. There are professional ways to contact customers.

In the space of one calendar month since the last tenant moved out, Yvonne and Amber have found and moved in a new tenant for my rental property. This was fantastic service from the start: Yvonne is reassuring, professional and efficient. Both Yvonne and Amber have a friendly, empathetic manner and dealt with any query I had really quickly. They turned what was initially a really stressful situation for me into a smooth, fuss free experience and I therefore thoroughly recommend Austin and Wyatt Lettings - I have been using them for nearly 10 years to find tenants for my property and each time the experience gets better and better. Thank you both, you're a credit to your profession.

My partner and I have recently moved in together for the first time through Austin and Wyatt. Sophie was incredibly helpful and talked us through every step we needed to take when it came to renting the property. She met with us on a few occasions and made everything really clear and was really friendly. When I had questions after the tenancy was agreed, Tia came through for us and basically just sorted everything out, which was a real help in a stressful time. Me and my girlfriend are now completely moved in and are glad it has all been so easy.

When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for.
