I absolutely love my hair colour and cut! My experience with Emily, was amazing! Emily was friendly, professional and helpful with her advice and the finished outcome was exactly what I hoped for! I’m thrilled! My family and friends have all commented on my new look and they love it too! My daughter said Mum your hair looks fabulous and whoever did the colours for you is an artist, it’s looks so professional! I’d like to add that I was made to feel very welcome, all the staff were lovely and I was looked after very well, I had tea; coffee and a herbal tea, I was offered a biscuit too! So a big thank you to the team at Thomas Austin in Bitterne, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I feel like a new me! I loved my experience today with Adriana. She was so skilled and friendly! I had no idea what haircut I wanted, I just knew I wanted a change and immediately after sitting down with me she gave me suggestions and explained what would work best for my hair type and face shape. I went along with her suggestions and I could not be more pleased!! The hair looks and feels amazing and I will more than likely go back for a balayage as I trust Adriana will do an amazing job. This is the best hair salon in my opinion ever! I have been going the Thomas Austin Hairdressing for a number of years and Kayley has been cutting and colouring my hair for sometime. I have compliments about my hair as a result. All the staff are really talented in their field. They have gone above and beyond to ensure their clients safety during Covid whist they are there. I have been having my hair done at TA for years, Kayley always does a fantastic job and my very thick, curly/frizzy hair always looks sleek and shiny when I leave. So pleased with my recent highlights too. Adriana, Lisa and Kayley all do an amazing job and I enjoy my regular visits to get my hair done and also not forgetting the lovely Jolene who makes my nails look stunning too. I have been coming to Thomas Austin for a year now and always look forward to my haircut! It's such a lovely experience, Adriana and the team are so friendly and welcoming and the salon is immaculate. I also had a lovely treatment with Jolene recently. Fantastic service from this lovely salon - they had a GHD Glide in stock and were so kind and helpful to me as I made so many phonecalls to say that I was coming to buy it! Brilliant service with a full tutorial on how to use the Glide - which I also recommend hugely!
