Balmer & Co have been amazing. I knew the minute they walked in to value our home that we would be going with them. They always respond to queries in under half hour and have been so reassuring through the whole process, not to mention they sold our house in 90 MINUTES! ??????

Absolutely fantastic. I went with this company as i really liked Kieran. No sales pitch, just a very honest opinion of what he thought my house was worth which is exactly what we got. The real star however was Beth. I love Beth, she was brilliant and every time I rang stressed she just talked me through it and said it would be fine which it was. Beth knows what she is talking about, a real pleasure to deal with

Just brilliant. We took them on as second agents when we weren't getting any progress with the initial agents. Balmer & Co were fantastic. Should have just gone with them in the first place. Would not hesitate to use them again. The photos were better, the communication was perfect and the viewings that they arranged were all in proceedable positions. Lovely ladies

Would like to thank all the amazing staff at Balmer and Co for all their help advice and support whilst selling my property. I had lived there for 71years so I had never done anything like this and they guided me through everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
