I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Nicole at Barker’s Estate Agents while trying to negotiate the purchase of a property.<br><br>From the outset, I felt that my position as a serious buyer was not handled with the level of professionalism, communication and respect I would expect from an estate agent. The negotiation process was particularly frustrating, and I came away feeling that my genuine attempts to reach a reasonable agreement were not properly considered.<br><br>Buying a house is a major financial commitment, and I expected clear communication, transparency and a professional approach throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with Nicole fell well short of those expectations.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward negotiation became unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I was left disappointed with the way the situation was handled and, based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to deal with this agent again.

This was my first time renting a property, so naturally I was a little unsure about the process, but Joe made everything so easy, smooth, and completely seamless from start to finish.<br><br>Joe has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process — professional, friendly, helpful, and always there whenever I had a question. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I felt supported every step of the way.<br><br>I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first rental. A huge thank you to Joe and the team at Barkers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property!
