We entrusted Edward (Ed) Sargeant of Batcheller Monkhouse to sell a vacant property which was subject to an AOC (agricultural occupancy condition) - not straight forward. From initial instructions through to completion Ed handled the transaction with true professionalism; I would strongly recommend Ed/Batcheller Monkhouse as a solid and trustworthy agent.

I had an excellent experience renting a rural property in West Sussex through Batcheller Monkhouse, and in particular working with Emma Bagnall.
