I haven't always considered Bedfords 5* but actually the real problem has been sheer frustration with the prevailing housing market in 2025. I believe Michael was born an estate agent, his knowledge of the market in Aldeburgh is second to none. Susie likewise is so knowledgeable of this area. Their advice goes beyond what you are selling, they also take an interest in your purchasing of property even if its through other Estate Agencies. I would say be aware of not listening to any advice offered. We listened but to our discomfort took a different course of action and are paying the price...quite literally! They seem to have a good catalogue of buyers waiting to purchase which was so helpful even though I like most buyers go straight to Rightmove without considering who the agent is. Their advice on pricing was accurate and advertising presentation excellent. Whilst our current move has been an awful drawnout experience and we have lost two commited purchasers along the way we appreciate the service our local agent provides and realise we will eventually sell our lovely property and it will be with Bedfords. Thankyou chaps.

Moving after over 31 years very daunting, throughout the process the one constant we could rely on is Olivia; there for us every step of the way. To get that phone call or email for updates or just to ask us how we were doing has meant so much. The most amazing part is the fact that Bedford's were not our Estate Agents, but further up the chain, that is true dedication to seeing the whole process through. Couldn't recommend the whole team higher, thank you all and Olivia, you are a true star. Thank you.

I read some of the reviews before deciding to go with Bedford, so we was excited to phone and arrange selling through them, James said he would email to confirm our appointment, that did not happen, Emerson arrived on the day, ensuring us we would get weekly updates, that was 4 weeks ago and since then we haven't had a phone call, text message or an email, to say we are disappointed with Bedford is an understatement. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this estate agent

We have recently used Bedfords to market and sell our house in challenging market conditions. They kept in regular contact throughout the process and dealt with us and our buyers in a professional and straightforward way. Their marketing materials were significantly better than we saw from other agents. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
