After a disappointing experience with a previous estate agent, I found Beercocks in Kingswood, Hull and from that point on I couldn’t fault the service. Jess was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly efficient and professional, while also being readily available whenever I needed her.
Jess has such a bubbly and kind personality, which made the whole process feel so much less stressful. She really put my mind at ease and gave me complete confidence every step of the way. I felt I could truly trust her and that made all the difference.
She truly went the extra mile in getting my house sold, always keeping me updated and doing everything she could to ensure things moved along smoothy

Their valuation was far more realistic than other estate agents. Their team at Hedon were very informative and ensured they contacted me by phone and email confirmation. They are friendly and professional. It has been a smooth process.

They thought that the location close to the Golf Course would sell the property, but it didn't. I think they should have been more positive about the house and the outlook.
