In my 10 years of being a landlord of multiple properties, this experience broke me. Read the reviews and believe them. When issues arise and you want a managing agent, who you are paying extra to oversee your property, to step up... Blake Stanley take a firm break. Expect nothing until you start the official complaints process. Only then, expect terse, sarcastic responses not from management, but from the same exact people who failed you initially. That's fun. They do not take action, they do not fight for your rights and they are vile to deal with. Hard pass.

We have had amazingly good service from the BS team, especially from Taylor who went the extra mile for us when we had problems to resolve. A real 'can-do' approach which is appreciated.
