Geniene has been a truly fantastic property manager for my home. She’s always so responsive, thoughtful, and makes sure everything is taken care of for my tenants. Even though I’m overseas, she keeps communication clear and personal, which gives me real peace of mind. Nothing ever slips through the cracks with her, and that care really shows. Blake Stanley has managed the letting of my house in Dalston for 25 years. I was one of their first clients and the fact that I have remained one for so long shows how satisfied I have been with their service. Of course, there have been occasional ups and downs, but my current Property Manager, Geniene Tuitt, really is incredible. She sorts out everything! When there are problems, she informs me immediately and suggests solutions that she then implements. She deals with occasional 'problem tenants' with diplomacy and tact. Her efficiency is great. But she is also friendly, good-humoured and a pleasure to interact with

My personal experience with Blakestanley has been more nothing than positive. The London rental market is generally a minefield filled with subpar rentals and agents who want to extort you. In my opinion, Blakestanley only offers great renting options and overall they are a supporting and kind letting agency.
Jordi who works at the Chatsworth rd location has been very supportive and always dealt with any of our concerns or maintenance issues in a timely manner. Thanks so much Jordi.

In my 10 years of living in the UK, my experience with this real estate agency has been by far the most disappointing. Jordi, the agent we worked with, was unprofessional, unresponsive, and unhelpful throughout our tenancy, making the entire experience extremely frustrating.
Whenever issues arose in the flat, I highly recommend going directly to the agency and speaking with someone else. Unfortunately, Jordi failed to respond to our emails, messages, or calls, and we were left constantly chasing her for any kind of communication or resolution.
For 11 months, we lived with a wall covered in mold, which became worse on rainy days due to a leaking issue. Despite numerous messages requesting assistance, Jordi did nothing to address or resolve the problem in 11 months.

I had mixed experiences with BlakeStanley but it was especially bad over the last year until Kulisha started managing my property.
Kulisha has been dealing with several tricky issues on my property with the utmost professionalism and conscientiousness. She has followed up with multiple Contractors boiler issues, reconciled rental shortfall and now working feverously to ensure my tenants are settled back in. She has certainly changed my impression of BlakeStanley and I am very happy with the service at this stage.

Paul Berg at BlakeStanley has been brilliant in selling my flat. He worked ferociously hard to get loads of viewings – many more than I was expecting, then negotiated a great deal – well above the asking price.
Things were a bit tricky during the difficult limbo between agreeing the sale and completion, and I must confess I nearly lost the plot on more than one occasion. At these times I was glad of Paul’s steady nerve, sense of humour and ability to get tough when necessary.
