Everyone Ive spoken with at the Ash Vale branch is very friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of dealing with Hugo for the duration of our house purchase and he has gone above and beyond to help us move it along He kept us up to date throughout the whole sale (our solicitors were not great). Hugo has been so knowledgable, helpful, professional and friendly, helping to problem solve and always ready to immediately jump on a task I ask him to do, and then checking back with me once he has the information needed. Thank you so much for everything you've helped us with, I genuinely think the sale would have fallen through without your support.
