Elarose helped us with having the smoothest experience when it came to our first ever time renting ! She accommodated viewing times that worked for us , was quick in providing answers to the questions we had. So I used Bournes for the rental of my property over the 2025-2026 calender year. They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with.
Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant.
Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!
