We viewed a property, but unfortunately, the estate agent on site had very little knowledge of it. He was unable to tell us where the garage or garden was, and I had to specifically ask for a floor plan and work everything out for myself. Overall, the viewing was disappointing and felt like a complete waste of our time due to the lack of preparation and information provided.

I did not expect to be leaving a glowing review for our estate agents at the start of this process, but at every step Caitlin, Rob and the team have surpassed expectations during a process that has at times been rather bumpy. They had kept everyone informed and calm, and giving the impression nothing has been too much bother. We definitely would not have got to this point without their support and assistance from the valuation originally right through to completion. Thank you for your consideration, compassion, and expertise at every step.

Great service and advice, we accepted an offer within a week of the property being advertised. Very professional & helpful throughout the sales process. Bournes were also far fairer on their fees than other agents. Really couldn't fault them. We used them again in the sale of my parents property which again went very smoothly. Highly recommended.
