Whilst looking for a property with my daughter i contacted Zak as i knew him from a previous property search. Zak was very efficient, patient and helpful dealing with a property he found for us . Everything was quickly confirmed and any queries i had he answered straight away. Couldn’t have done it without you Zak Parkinson??????.

We had an excellent experience as first-time buyers with Brown and Merry. From the very beginning, the team was supportive, professional, and approachable throughout the whole process.
We first met Ed, who guided us through our house viewings. He was very professional and well prepared, always able to give honest answers to our questions. He also played a crucial role in helping us during the negotiation of our offer.
We decided to use the broker they recommended, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Hermione was extremely professional and attentive, always kind and patient with all of our questions. She worked hard to find answers and support us throughout the process. There were some difficulties and delays along the way, but she kept us informed whenever there were updates and directed us to the right people when needed.
The broker also helped us arrange our insurances and our will, which was incredibly helpful at a time when there were so many things to organise.
Gary handled the liaison between us and the seller, and he did a great job keeping communication clear and moving things forward.
Thank you all for the great work. We would definitely use Brown and Merry again in the future if we require estate agent services. The whole team was both professional and genuinely human, understanding the emotions their clients go through during such an important process.

I had a very positive experience working with Sophie Terry from Brown and Merry. when I took an apartment on rent through her. She is proactive, straightforward, and very quick to respond. Sophie understands well what tenants are looking for and ensures the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently. The care that has been provided by Gary Oyston has been nothing short of exemplary, he is a genuine asset to the business. Everything from picking up the phone when needed to allaying worries or concerns that I had during the sale of my property really made the stressful process as pain free as it can be. We had a very positive home-finding and move-in experience with the Brown&Merry Lettings Team. Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home.
They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome.
I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service.
I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders.

I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case.
Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents.
We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage.
During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire.
In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.
