Brown and Merry Aylesbury have been absolutely amazing with the sale of our property from start to finish and we couldn’t recommend them more! When we had difficulty dealing with getting exchanged and a moving date they constantly gave us updates and chased for us. They are an amazing team!!

When we had lost all hope of buying a BISF property, which those of you in the know will know are virtually unmortgagable, where other mortgage advisors failed, in stepped Hermione at Brown and Merry! Hermione worked tirelessly, explored all angles and after multiple hurdles, ultimately we now stand on the precipice of having a mortgage approved on our very first property (which just so happens to be a BISF) this is in no small part down to Hermione’s sheer tenacity and proactive work ethic. I cannot praise her enough for approachability, communication and stick-to-it-ness! Thank you Hermione!!!

We had a very positive home-finding and move-in experience with the Brown&Merry Lettings Team. Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home.
They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome.
I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service.
I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders.
I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case.
Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents.
We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage.
During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire.
In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

I had an excellent experience working with Zak during the house rental process from Brown and Merry Estate Agents From start to finish, Zak has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent a home.

I had a fantastic experience with Brown & Merry Stony Stratford, and I would especially like to highlight Alexandra Read for her outstanding support throughout the process.<br><br>I attended around 7–8 viewings and met several different agents, but none were as helpful, approachable, and genuinely positive as Alexandra. From the outset, her communication style was warm, professional, and reassuring, making the entire experience feel smooth and well-managed.<br><br>She demonstrated a strong understanding of how to adapt her approach to different clients, which made interactions feel both personal and efficient. From the initial viewing through to the referencing and application process, she maintained clear and consistent communication via both email and phone, ensuring everything progressed quickly and without stress.<br><br>Overall, the service was excellent, and Alexandra in particular made a potentially stressful process feel straightforward and well supported.
