Been an absolute pleasure working with Carter Jonas. Our primary points of contact were Tanya and Sana- both of whom were super helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. The move-in process was very smooth, any questions were answered quickly, and the whole experience felt straightforward. Also worth highlighting: property maintenance has been genuinely excellent- any issues we’ve had have been dealt with quickly and properly. Highly recommended.

I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not.
They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating.
I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.
