9 month Inspection , Booked, confirmed, and completed like clockwork. Liberty kept me informed and accommodated me with a call 1 hour before she was due so I didn't need to take to much time out of work.

You can’t beat a traditional estate agent, who manage the end to end process with as little stress as possible.

Cavendish have been fantastic throughout, from the Sale of our home to purchasing our new home. Phil was very good from the start. Taking the pictures of our home and working out the best price, our home sold quickly and viewing were always accommodated. Once our home was sold we were passed onto Emily. Luckily our ongoing purchase was also with Cavendish. Emily has been fantastic throughout, keeping us informed of every stage and updating us as much as she could. Emily also was very good at answering any queries, worries or general questions and would normally we would get a response within the hour. Emily was also always at the end of the phone. I would recommend Cavendish to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a property in the future.
