Always a pleasure to have Liberty coming round to conduct the annual inspections of the house we rent. It’s lovely to speak to her when I am home and my cat is a big fan of her which says a lot about her character because my boy is not a lover of people usually! I leave cat treats out for Liberty to give to him when I’m not there and she always makes a fuss of him which is really nice and means a lot :)

Dealing with Cavendish and especially Emily Pickering was an extremely good decision experience. Responses to questions were very quick and thorough and the service was always friendly and professional at the same time.
