Emma at Chaffers has been amazing from start to finish. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. Emma helped us find a place to rent while moving to the area from 400 miles away. She was always on the ball, and was quick, friendly and professional whenever we communicated. Really can’t fault Emma for her help finding us a lovely family home and afterwards with any snagging issues. Highly recommend and would be keen to use Emma and her team of colleagues again!

Emma has been of good help and support to me and my family from the beginning of the process till we moved in. Everything was spot on and in order as we planned, even to the point of she waiting for us to travel from a long distance she did wait for us till we got there and she handed over the keys to us.

Allister and the team at Chaffers worked hard over a prolonged period to market and sell my father’s house. Particularly in keeping an eye on it while it was empty. They were efficient and professional and their support was second to none. Excellent service.
