I instructed Chapplins to market my late father's bungalow located in Fareham. In what was a fairly depressed market Darren and his great team managed to sale the property in a reasonably quick time. Chapplins are to be congratulated on their professionalism and efficiency during the transaction.Their communication on every part of the sale was quick and concise, and I was kept informed on a regular basis.
